Hi, I’m Karen Winter, a certified pediatric sleep consultant specializing in toddlers and preschoolers (ages 2–7). I know how exhausting sleep challenges can be, I’ve been there as a parent myself. That personal experience, along with over 20 years of working with children, fuels my passion for helping families overcome bedtime battles, nighttime wake-ups, nap refusals, and other toddler sleep struggles with confidence and clarity. Many sleep consultants focus primarily on infants, but toddler and preschooler sleep comes with an entirely different set of challenges. I’ve made it my mission to fill that gap.
