With the support I received during that time and in the years that followed, I successfully breastfed all three of my children—now ages 6, 8, and 11—and have discovered along the way my deep commitment to helping other families navigate similar experiences. Today, I combine my personal journey, professional training, and compassionate approach to provide evidence-based, empathetic lactation support to parents and caregivers.
