Starting with mental fitness, physical fitness and emotional fitness. I have a Master’s in Forensic Psychology focusing on behavior, I am also a certified Personal trainer credentialed in nutrition, prenatal fitness and prenatal yoga to be able to offer mental, emotional, and physical well being for the mommies I serve. I wanted to serve moms from the start supporting you to build your voice feeling empowered/strong from the beginning. I began my journey of Doula carw because of my pregnancy and birth experiences. They were good, bad, wonderful, and ugly. It was joyful and stressful all in one. In those moments where I felt low, fear, and defeated… it would have been amazing to have support and advocacy.
