I'm with you from start to finish, which means from whenever you sign until the end of the fourth trimester, to help any and every way I can. As an experienced doula, she supports clients who are low or high-risk, who have had fertility challenges, previous traumatic births or pregnancy loss, anxiety, depression and trauma.

Aarabi is a Tamil-Canadian who is certifying to become a full-spectrum doula and would love to support you in your birth, postpartum. fertility or infant/pregnancy loss journey. She is driven by a passion for equity and living with a chronic mental health condition herself, she knows how much it matters to have someone who really understands what you're going through at one of the most vulnerable times in your life.

Nine years of supporting individuals and families has taught me every person comes into pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with their own story, priorities, and idea of what support should look like. That’s why I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to doula care. My role is to understand what matters most to you and adapt my support as your needs and preferences evolve. Whether we’re talking through options during a prenatal visit, adjusting to unexpected changes in plans, finding ways to make labour more comfortable, or simply making space for a pause in the middle of it all, my goal is always the same: to help you feel informed, respected, and confident in the decisions you’re making. Good support isn’t about taking over. Support can be active in quiet ways. Sometimes it looks like breaking down options when things feel uncertain, so you can decide what feels right for you. Hi there, my name is Emily. I’m a certified postpartum doula, DONA-educated birth doula, and pre- and postnatal yoga instructor in Toronto, dedicated to helping mothers, mothers-to-be, and families find connection, calm, and confidence in their bodies and daily lives. I come to this work from a lifelong love of movement and a deep appreciation for the beauty and transformation of early motherhood. My role is to help you feel informed, cared for, and supported as you prepare to welcome your baby and adjust to life together. My name is Jocelyn Frank. I am a Doula, Childbirth Educator, and studying for my IBCLC exam. I serve women and families all over Toronto.
