Need help after having baby? Someone to help at night with a newborn? I am a trained birth and postpartum doula and provide services in Richmond, Henrico, and Chesterfield areas. I provide calm and informed birth and postpartum care to families with services including: birth prep, birth support, postpartum food prep, postpartum support, overnight newborn support, newborn sleep support (non-sleep training), and more. I believe in holistic support and love working with families to develop the best plan to support their needs.
