My goal is to empower you before , during and after labor. After baby I will come by your home for a postpartum visit ! My name is Sophie Perkins and I grew up in Kerrville, TX. I have been practicing as a doula since 2020, and I have fallen in love with this work. I have no children of my own, but my wonderful girlfriend and I have plans to expand our family. While I hope to be able to carry a child, we are very excited about the prospect of adopting or fostering children! My hobbies include spending time with my partner and pets, renovating our home, and reading. In 2016, a friend of mine got pregnant and hired a doula. Hearing her birth story was such a privilege and an eye opening experience! As the months passed, she shared with me honestly what it was like being a new mom–the sleep deprivation, confusion, visceral joy and love of having a child. I felt so honored that she would trust me, and I was inspired to find my place beside families as they welcome new children. I looked into doula work and was hooked immediately. After I was trained, I knew with certainty that I had found my passion.

Certified Holistic Health and Womb Wellness Practitioner, Herbalist, Doula, and Nutritionist. I found my calling in birth work at the young age of 16, where I was present at at a family members birth, and never looked back! After studying Biology at Temple University and devoting a portion of my life to modern medicine, I found a passion in Ethnobotany, which led to applying a more holistic approach to women’s health- -hyper focused on women’s reproductive health. I aid women in womb wellness through overall health and herbal healing by way of yoni steaming, abdominal chirapsia, and nutrition counseling. My doula duties are universally geared toward family-directed, physiologic childbirth, antenatal and postpartum care, newborn care, herbal remedies, reproductive care(pre-conception to postpartum) and placenta medicine. 

As a mother myself, I'm passionate about childbirth, and just love spending time with babies!  I feel it is a true honor to be invited into a birth space as it is so intimate and sacred. I love serving families and bring babies to earth side Bringing new life into this world should be an empowering, beautiful experience, I believe that all expecting families deserves the support of someone trained and experienced in childbirth. I desire to provide education and help women and partners understand what is happening and make informed decisions throughout pregnancy and birth. I like to offer knowledge, resources support and confidence I receive my doula certification through Dona International. I have been able to attend Spinning Babies workshops I have worked as a doula at multiple hospitals, home births, and birth center. My goal is for you to know your options, feel educated, and supported no matter what your pregnancy and birth journey looks like.
When I'm not working I am busy with my beautiful girls and husband, love spending time outdoors and being with friends and family.

I’m here to walk beside you through birth, healing, and life’s sacred transitions. we all deserve care, connection, and the chance to remember the power we already hold within.

I am a birth doula with certifications from DONA, Hypnobabies, and Stillbirthday. I am also certified in TENS usage and have my own units to use with my clients. I strive to educate, empower and support with a calm, quiet atmosphere, upholding the desires of the birthing person. I am also a certified Spinning Babies Parent Educator and a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (this means a carseat expert!) As a retired teacher and Air Force spouse, with seven children and two grandchildren, I have experienced a wide variety of personal birth scenarios and am particularly drawn to help military wives and those without family nearby. Hi, my name is Alaya, owner of Lay Naturals. After experiencing womb complications of my own including PCOS, I turned to contraception for help only to find out later that it caused my womb issues to worsen. Eager to heal my womb, I switched over to a holistic lifestyle, changing my diet and studying herbalism. I reversed my womb issues and became passionate to help other women take back their power and heal their wombs. I am now a certified doula assisting women in every stage on their journey to motherhood including fertility, conception, pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I am so grateful that my experience has led me here. I am also a licensed massage therapist specializing in prenatal massage.

Hello! I’m Gabrielle and I am a birth and postpartum doula. I was born and raised in a small town near Los Angeles, California and moved to Texas to open the first few In N Out Burgers in San Antonio. I met my husband and moved back to California to be more close to my family, but missed Texas- so we are back again! I have a husband, 2 kids, dogs, cats, and chickens. We are very active with our local shelter and almost always have a foster animal, or 3. For 2 years we lived in an RV traveling to 12 states, and we would love to see more. I homeschool my children, and in my free time I love to travel, explore nature, listen to music, and catch up on TV. I have a bachelor’s degree and I am currently going to school to become a Registered Nurse. After my second child, I realized how important it is to have a village. I believe if I had a postpartum doula, my fourth trimester would have been completely different. There are so many women that don’t have a good support system, even though everyone deserves one. Being able to help my family members and friends who were postpartum has been such a rewarding experience; it led me to seek out formal training in doula work so I could make a career out of helping people. I am a planner and love doing research. Even though birth is very unpredictable, I love being able to inform parents of their options, advocate for them, and be the calm in the storm. I have experience in creating birth plans, different positions to help labor progress, postpartum planning, newborn care, and breastfeeding.

With a focus on Childbirth Education, Labor Support, Postpartum Care, Newborn Care, and Breastfeeding Counseling, Asia has amassed over 15 years of experience, supporting over 1000 families globally. She is passionate about guiding families through the intricacies of parenthood, offering her expertise to ensure they receive the support they need during this transformative time. In her role as a Newborn Care Specialist, Asia provides essential care for newborns, including sleep conditioning, bathing, feeding, and bottle cleaning, helping families to rest and adjust to their new routines. She is dedicated to adapting her care to meet the unique needs of each family, honoring their preferences and circumstances. Outside of her professional life, Asia is a mother of five and has enriched her caregiving approach with 15 years of homemaking. Her love for travel has deepened her appreciation for diverse cultures and the stories they hold, enriching her ability to connect with families from various backgrounds.
