I truly cannot recommend Rae enough! She was my doula, midwife, and birth photographer for all three of my births, and I honestly can't imagine going through those experiences with anyone else. Rae wears many hats, and her experience as a midwife allowed her to provide an exceptional level of care as my doula. From the very beginning, she made me feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. Her calm presence, incredible knowledge, and unwavering encouragement gave me confidence through every stage of pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. She always knew exactly when to offer guidance and no question was too small. She advocated when needed and provided a reassuring presence in the birth space. She made even the most challenging moments feel manageable. Beyond labor and delivery, she also provided thoughtful prenatal care and postpartum check-ins. I am beyond thankful for the support Rae provided. As a photographer, Rae beautifully captured the raw, emotional, and fleeting moments of each birth. Those photos are among my most treasured possessions, and I know I'll cherish them for years to come. She not only documented each birth but also supported our family every time it grew, making each experience even more meaningful. Bethany is truly such a gem, and I genuinely don’t know what my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience would have looked like without her. I went through my pregnancy without the support of a partner, and having Bethany by my side made such a huge difference in my experience. She was so kind, caring, warm, and genuinely supportive from the very beginning. Having her with me at appointments made me feel like I wasn’t navigating everything alone, and during labor, her presence brought me so much comfort. She supported me, helped advocate for me, and made sure I felt heard and cared for during such an important and vulnerable time. What makes her even more special is that her care never felt like it was simply a job. She genuinely cared about me, my baby, and my family. She was so sweet and loving with my older children and made them feel included and comfortable throughout the experience as well. Even postpartum, she continued to show up with the same warmth and thoughtfulness, whether that was checking in on me, supporting me as a new mom again, or even showing me how to make nourishing meals. I feel like I gained a lifelong friend in Bethany. I will forever be grateful that she was part of this chapter of my life, and I appreciate her more than I could ever fully put into words. Any family lucky enough to have her as their doula is getting someone incredibly special. I cannot recommend her enough.

Joy was one of two night doulas that we used for the first six weeks of our twins life. Having her in our lives was invaluable, so much so that we extended her contract 2 weeks further than originally planned. She is knowledgeable, skilled and easy to talk to. She provided us with basic tips about baby caring and twin caring when asked, and showed immense skill and love when handling our newborns. We had her for 9 hours every night, which meant that I got lots of sleep but also someone to debrief the day on, and look for tips and improvement. She seemed genuinely happy to arrive every evening, and she cared for our babies as if they were her own. Her calming presence set us at ease, and the babies seemed to always be calmer with her as well. We have told many other pregnant friends about her skill, but recommend her to anyone looking for a night nurse you can trust.

Ace helped prepare myself and my husband for natural labor as I was hoping for a vbac. The techniques she showed us helped relieve pressure in my back in the last couple of weeks. This was my second baby and I knew nothing ever goes to plan. I ended up having a repeat c section. I went in for my 38 week appointment and was told baby was coming the same day. I messaged ace and she was able to make it and be there with us. I had a horrible experience with my first c section and having the extra support there helped me get through it and it was a dar better experience than my first. I won’t be having anymore kids but if I did, I would definitely hire Ace again as my doula. She was amazing in every way possible.

Nori was the whole reason my birth experience went as smoothly as it did. Not only did she prepare me and my husband for what would likely occur, but she prepped us beforehand with research behind the decisions that are made during these moments. This was so unbelievably smart and helpful to discuss beforehand, so we didn’t have to make any hard decisions during labor. Nori also provided such a comfort, not only physically, but emotionally and mentally. She helped my husband learn ways to help me manage labor pains, paid attention to what sort of environment I preferred, and even took photos of us with our newborn. I worked with Heng Ma for six weeks after giving birth, and it was one of the best decisions I made for my postpartum recovery. Heng combines incredible skill with deep wisdom from traditional Chinese postpartum and newborn care. She taught me hands-free breastfeeding positions and how to nurse or pump while lying down. They are total game changers for a tired new mom! She also cooked delicious Chinese postpartum meals that not only tasted amazing but truly helped my body heal faster. Every day, she gave my baby a full body massage, and I’m sure it made a huge difference. My baby never had colic or constipation issues. Heng’s care, knowledge, and kindness made me feel supported, understood, and confident as a new mom. I can’t recommend her enough!

Working with Jen was one of the best decisions I made for my birth. From the start, she brought a calm, confident, and grounding presence that felt so reassuring. She took the time to understand not just what my birth plan was, but why it mattered to me (which I think made all the difference when things didn’t go exactly as I originally hoped). Throughout pregnancy, she stayed in close contact and was always available when I felt worried or confused. Her guidance through the confusing days of pre/early labor and her arrival as soon as we needed more support made me feel really cared for. During labor, Jen really helped me cope with contractions and stay calm in between. She helped me get into a good flow and pulled many helpful things out of her toolbox (both metaphorically and literally) without disrupting my rhythm. Hospitals make me uneasy, but she helped me stay focused no matter what was going on around me. She kept me grounded when things got intense and I doubted myself. Jen interacted effortlessly with the medical team and brought up helpful questions I wouldn’t have known to ask (monitoring, IV placement, positioning especially during pushing). Between preparation during prenatal meetings and Jen’s encouragement and advocacy during my birth, I was able to stay confident and really be in the moment when my baby arrived. I can’t imagine going through pregnancy and birth without her.

Amina is literally the best and choosing her as a doula was one of the best decisions i’ve made. Her vast experience made my birthing process positive. She is very humble and honest.
