I also enjoy low risk and out of hospital births. I love clinic births as well as home births. Some very special births have been both in and out of the hospital setting. Hey my name is Santaya, I am a Birth doula.I work as a pregnancy coach while also being a personal trainer for delivery. I work with families to help them achieve their goals for birth. This means i meet with patients (and families) twice during pregnancy to go over needs and goals for clients birth plans. During my clients pregnancy i visit them every trimester to do a check up. In these visits i go over what to expect within that trimester and answer any of the patients questions. I also track the pregnancy in a book that i give to the patient after delivery. I offer business hours on call support to my clients. This means i will be available from 9 am-5pm for physical support, emotional support and informational support via text or call. I help assist/coach my clients with delivery at the hospital however long that may be.I don't have to do shift change. I am present during labor till a few hours after.I help support clients that decide on natural birth, epidural or C section. Postpartum clients usually feel they no longer need men after a couple hours. Most times this is natural for the family unit to adjust and adapt to normal everyday life. However, I also offer packages for postpartum newborn aftercare where I can assist with breastfeeding and overnight care of the newborn. My passion in life is the celebration of mothers. Working with women and helping women build their families THIER way. Thank you for taking the time to read this. If you feel you are in need of a doula please reach out. I offer 1hr consultations in person for $25 dollars.Or free 15 minute consultation over the phone. You can contact me via email @ taya.prodoula@gmail.com. Please contact me with any questions about services or to book consultation

I walk this path as a full-spectrum doula serving Skagit, Island, and Whatcom counties, supporting families through every phase of their journey with compassion, truth, and a deep reverence for the lineage of birthworkers who came before us. My work weaves modern care with ancestral knowing, honoring the understanding that my ancestors have always been the original doulas and community nurturers. Through Blakk Box Doula Services LLC, I offer birth, postpartum, and emotional support rooted in balance, grounding, and connection. My services include Reiki-infused massage, blessingways, placenta encapsulation resources, herbal teas and bath salts, yoni steaming, cleansing baths for trauma release, and intentional postpartum care that uplifts the body, spirit, and home. My calling is to create safe, loving spaces where birthing people feel seen, supported, informed, and empowered. Whether walking with you through pregnancy, birth, the tender postpartum window, my goal is to help you feel held—never rushed, never alone. If you’re seeking support that is holistic, heart-centered, and rooted in truth, I would be honored to walk this sacred path with you.
De’Angela is truly a gift. From the very beginning, she made me feel seen, supported, and cared for in a way that went far beyond the basics. She brings this calm, grounding energy that makes even the overwhelming moments feel manageable. She listens deeply, shows up consistently, and advocates with so much heart. What I love most is how genuine she is — she doesn’t just “do the job,” she connects. She encouraged me, reminded me of my own strength, and made sure I never felt alone in my journey. Any family would be lucky to have her by their side. I cannot recommend De’Angela enough. She’s compassionate, knowledgeable, dependable, and an absolute powerhouse of support.
