Whether you want it to be empowering, transformational, peaceful, healing or you just want to get through it in one piece then working with a doula like me will make all the difference. I'm with you from start to finish, which means from whenever you sign until the end of the fourth trimester, to help any and every way I can. And as a big bonus I also do infant bodywork to help with all of those fun newborn challenges you keep hearing about, like feeding issues or colic. I'm the founder of Pocket Doula and I support emerging birthworkers in radicalizing their practice through heart-centered mentorships, facilitations, and community organizing. My practice is housed under the decolonization of birthwork and transformative queer care.
