We were so fortunate to have Payton with us during our triplet girls’ first year of life. She began as our overnight doula when they were newborns and later transitioned into their full-time nanny while we worked. Caring for three babies at once is no small task, yet Payton handled it with consistency, dependability, and so much love. She has a calm, soft-spoken presence that was incredibly comforting in those early months. Her experience with newborns truly stood out as she seemed to know exactly what each baby needed and provided the highest level of care. Beyond caring for the girls, she also kept our kitchen tidy and made sure supplies were always stocked, which lifted a huge weight off our shoulders as new parents.
