I’m certified and trained as a birth and postpartum doula, and have taken courses with Spinning Babies, Bundle Birth Nurses, DONA, Birth Boot Camp, and more. I have 2 girls aged 7 and 4, who I had unmedicated, and I LOVE natural birth.
