I believe every mother deserves to feel heard, respected, supported, and never judged throughout pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and postpartum. My role is to provide evidence-based information, emotional and physical support, and practical guidance while honoring each family’s individual preferences. I want every mother I accompany to feel confident in her decisions, connected to her baby, and supported as she discovers her own strength and intuition. My services include: • Birth doula support • Postpartum and overnight care • Newborn care and parental education • Prenatal and childbirth education • Prenatal breastfeeding preparation • In-home and virtual lactation consultations • Comprehensive mother and baby feeding assessments • Personalized feeding plans and follow-up support As an IBCLC, I am especially passionate about helping mothers and babies build a comfortable and nurturing feeding relationship. I support families with latching difficulties, nipple pain, milk supply concerns, pumping, bottle-feeding, combination feeding, and many other breastfeeding and infant-feeding challenges. Every family’s journey is unique, and my care is always respectful, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. I would be honored to accompany you during this beautiful and transformative chapter of your life. I’m so grateful to have had her as my doula! From the very beginning, I felt very comfortable with her, and I always appreciated the consultations and all the knowledge she shared with me. Whenever I had a question or concern, I could send her a message, and she was always so responsive and helpful. Her guidance gave me so much peace of mind, especially during those moments when I wasn’t sure if I was doing things right. Thanks to her support and advice, I also feel that I had a much better experience with breastfeeding and building my milk supply. I highly recommend her to any new mom looking for someone knowledgeable, caring, supportive, and always willing to help.

My passion and dream as a doula is to create a loving environment – whether that be in a hospital or in your own home – that supports you to “birth your own way.” My role is to help you settle into the birthing experience, offer insights, remind you of your divine nature and innate intelligence, trust and support your decisions and to be a witness to you bringing your beautiful soul baby earth-side, as safely and as gentle as possible. I am available for in home customizable support, to provide the ultimate luxurious birthing experience of your dreams. Doulas strive to provide continuous labor support, and studies have shown that when a women has this continuous support there will be a higher rate of a normal vaginal birth, less likely to have pain medication, less negative feelings, and less Cesareans. Labors are also typically shorter and the baby will less likely to have complications at birth. The presence of a Doula can also be helpful in sharing the partner responsibility allowing them to be more at ease, more present to enjoy the wonder of birth I offer 18+ years of bodywork experience that can begin with massage sessions leading up to your due date. Massage in pregnancy has shown to create better sleep, decrease anxiety and depression, aid in fewer complications during labor and have an overall more positive experience during the first few weeks after birth. I feel comfortable in the ebb and flow and view the birthing process as both very physical and spiritual experience.

In January, I made an intuitive decision to hire Serene as my doula for my homebirth as a first time mother. From the start, Serene and I clicked. She was highly qualified and very well informed, yes, but most of all she was real! Throughout my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, Serene treated me like a human being rather than just a client. I like that our meetings about birth plans weren’t just about checklists but rather a conversation so that Serene could really get to know me, what I wanted for my birth and my child, and determine the best way to support me. And support me she did!! During my approximate 24 hour labor, Serene was by my side through it all guiding me emotionally and physically. She was my advocate, my healer, my advisor, my friend, and so much more. I could go on about my experience with Serene but I will end it with this- I’m so grateful I was led into Serene’s care for my first baby. Thank you Serene

I bring a heart-centered, holistic approach to birth work—rooted in deep empathy, empowerment, and unwavering trust in the sacred journey of motherhood. I believe birth is not just a physical experience; it’s a profoundly emotional and spiritual transformation—for the mother and the entire family. My philosophy centers on honoring your intuition, supporting informed choices, and holding space for you to feel seen, heard, and respected at every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I am not here to take control. I am here to walk beside you, uplift you, and remind you of your innate power as a parent. My practice is grounded in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and the understanding that no two birth journeys are the same. I meet you where you are—whether you're planning a serene home birth, a hospital delivery, or anything in between. Through education, advocacy, and unwavering support, I help parents navigate their options and move forward with confidence and clarity. The postpartum journey is just as important—and sacred—as pregnancy and birth. I believe this period deserves just as much care and intention. My approach is rooted in nurturing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while creating a soft landing for you to heal, bond, and grow into your new rhythm. Whether you're a first-time parent or welcoming another baby into your family, I offer nonjudgmental support, compassionate listening, and practical help tailored to your unique needs. From emotional reassurance and newborn care guidance to light housework and breastfeeding or bottle feeding support, I work to create a calm, grounded environment where your recovery and your baby’s transition are deeply honored. I see postpartum not as a time to “bounce back,” but a time to be held, nourished, and affirmed. You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to make you feel seen, safe, and supported every step of the way. This work is more than a profession for me—it is a calling. A calling to serve, nurture, and restore dignity and joy to the birthing experience.
