Once baby is born, I will continue to provide you with educational support as well as encouragement and emotional support as you become acquainted with your baby. I will support your infant feeding journey (breastfeeding or otherwise) and offer household organizational support. My first language is English, but I can also support you in conversational French, Portuguese, and basic Italian! Aside from supporting families as they grow, I have a passion for travelling, art, and food!

I am a birth worker since 2012, I have provided a variety of services in a variety of settings around the world. I am located in Toronto, Canada, but I am available to travel for minimum one month commitments. I have worked in Macau & Hong Kong, Manila, Nairobi, Vancouver, and Guadalajara, and have a global perspective on birth physiology and traditions. I provide trauma-informed, and culturally safe care, be it education, lactation support, birth and postpartum doula services, or midwifery care. I’m available as a midwife only where a license isn’t required. My approach is very collaborative—rather than “save” you from unsafe practitioners, I prefer to work with you comprehensively in the prenatal period to be sure you have the environment you need for a peaceful and satisfying (physiologic, if possible) birth. I specialize in overnight newborn and infant care, giving parents the opportunity to rest while knowing their baby is being lovingly and attentively cared for just steps away. During the night, I respond to your baby’s needs, support feeding and burping, change diapers, soothe and settle baby back to sleep, and carefully document feeds, diaper changes and sleep stretches so you know exactly how the night went. My care extends beyond baby, too. I believe supporting a newborn means supporting the whole family. While your household sleeps, I work quietly and wash and prepare bottles, tidy baby-related items and help reset your space for the morning. I tidy and stock supplies in the nursery. I also offer complimentary concierge support for small baby essentials such as diapers or wipes when needed.
