Hi, I’m Lin. I’m a mom of 3 from Brooklyn, NY. My journey into doula work began with the birth - and loss - of my second baby, Keelan Paxton, at 38 weeks. Losing Keelan profoundly changed the course of my life and inspired me to walk alongside other families navigating their loss journeys. As a bereavement doula, I help families process their loss by bearing witness to their intense love and grief. As a birth doula, I work with families who are pregnant again after loss, to support them in the uniquely complex experience of carrying life again while grieving the babies who came before.

Kym has been caring for babies since 2001 and received her certificate as a birth doula. Kym also visits the nursing home and senior center once a week to conduct workshops and trainings sessions based on the needs and concerns of each group. In previous roles, Kym worked as a trainer and public speaker. Kym has demonstrated extraordinary patience, compassion and kindness when training others.
