I have a deep weakness for dark chocolate, and never go to bed without second dinner. This led me to complete my medical assisting certification in high school and take a job with Utah Valley Pediatrics in the late spring of 2001. After working there for a little over 23 years I decided to become certified as a birth and postpartum doula! Birth is powerful, and so are you. As your doula, I’m here to walk beside you — offering knowledge, advocacy, and heartfelt support as you make the choices that feel best for you and your family.
