Supporting families through birth and postpartum has been woven into my life from the very beginning! As a Labor & Delivery nurse, I have the privilege of witnessing strength, vulnerability, and the incredible transformation that happens when a baby is born — and I never take that honor lightly. Long before nursing, I learned what wholehearted caregiving looks like from my mom, an incredible doula whose heart for families shaped my own. Watching her show up with patience, tenderness, and unwavering support inspired the way I care for others — with warmth, intention, and genuine joy. Beyond the hospital setting, I bring extensive nanny and night nanny experience, along with serving as Director of a postpartum retreat in Philadelphia, where I supported families during their earliest, most tender weeks. That experience gave me a deeply intimate understanding of postpartum recovery and what families truly need — reassurance, education, calm energy, and someone who feels like part of their village. I am highly communicative, organized, and intentional, while also easygoing and adaptable to each family’s rhythm.
