Hello! I am an experienced doula currently moving back to the Bay Area from Santa Cruz. I am passionate about providing each family with an individualized experience. I have been working as a postpartum doula, primarily at night, since 2020 and I have been a birth doula since last year. My care and experience has supported countless families through this tender chapter of life. I experienced my first birth at 12 years old and knew from then on that I wanted to be involved in birth work and babies. After reading Ina May’s Guide to Childbirth during my first pregnancy, I was introduced to the term “doula” and knew that I wanted to be one. With the birth of my second child and having a doula, I KNEW that this was my calling. I am especially passionate about working with families of color and other marginalized communities that need support during pregnancy and beyond. I believe that everyone and anyone should have access to doula support. I am excited about the opportunity to support families in their birth and post-partum journey! I am a Postpartum Doula. I mostly work 1:1 with clients, but am open to remote work as well. I teach infant massage either in person or remotely. I began this journey as a postpartum doula and eventually realized my passion was helping families reach their lactation and feeding goals. As a lactation consultant I can assist with prenatal education, all things breastfeeding and pumping related including flange fitting. I can help with latching, positioning and all sorts of breastfeeding challenges including nipple pain, engorgement, milk supply and introducing bottles and returning to work. I have specific education and training regarding lip & tongue ties as well . I am also able to bill a variety of insurance companies for services!
