I’m certified and trained as a birth and postpartum doula, and have taken courses with Spinning Babies, Bundle Birth Nurses, DONA, Birth Boot Camp, and more. I have 2 girls aged 7 and 4, who I had unmedicated, and I LOVE natural birth. My strongest desire though, is that my clients leave their birth feeling empowered and respected no matter what direction their birth goes. I am passionate about providing calm, compassionate, inclusive support to pregnant people before, during, and after birth by providing information and resources, as well as emotional and physical support. A little about me: I am married to my high school sweetheart and we welcomed our first baby girl to our family in 2023.
