Hello! I'm Jade, a passionate and dedicated doula with a heart for revillaging our community through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum support. As the founder of Whole Mama Wellness Collective in Phoenix, Arizona, I have the privilege of working with families from all walks of life, providing emotional and physical education support before, during, and after childbirth. My approach to doula care is holistic and compassionate, focusing on creating a nurturing environment where expecting families feel supported and empowered. I (she/her) worked for several years in the field of community mental health before relocating to the Pacfic NW for medical school. I am a graduate of Bastyr University and completed a 2-year post-graduate training program in integrative women’s health. I am credentialed by NAMS as a certified menopause practitioner, ABORM as a fellow of oriental reproductive medicine, and PSI in perinatal mood & anxiety disorders as a prescriber: the only physician to have this combination of education & training. In fact, I am the only naturopathic physician in the state of AZ to be certified as a women’s health specialist. I have been in clinical practice since 2003 with a special focus on women’s health; emphasizing nutrition and exercise in health maintenance and disease prevention and treatment. I am committed to the mental and physical health of women of all ages and I believe that our goal for health & wellness is a matter of progress, not perfection.
