Jenny Palomo

13 years of experience

Hello! My name is Jenny Palomo, and I am a compassionate, dependable, and family-oriented caregiver with several years of experience supporting children and families. As a mother of five children, I bring not only professional caregiving experience but also extensive hands-on personal experience caring for children through every stage of development. My journey as a mother has taught me patience, flexibility, empathy, and the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment where children and families can thrive. I have experience working closely with children of different ages and developmental needs, including children with autism and ADHD. Through my caregiving and professional experiences, I have developed strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a calm, supportive approach to helping families navigate their daily routines and challenges. I am bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing me to effectively communicate with and support a diverse range of families. My philosophy is to meet families where they are, offering compassionate, respectful, and nonjudgmental support. I believe every parent deserves encouragement, understanding, and reliable care during both the joyful and challenging seasons of parenthood. My goal is to help families feel supported, confident, and cared for while providing dependable assistance tailored to their unique needs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jenny was such a blessing to our family. She helped care for my two youngest children from the time they were newborns and was also involved in caring for my oldest child since the toddler years. Throughout the years, she has always been patient, loving, and dependable. One thing that always stood out was how naturally she taught and guided the children. She took the time to help them learn, encouraged them with kindness, and always remained patient and understanding. My children loved being around her and felt safe and comfortable in her care. She consistently went above and beyond for our family and was always willing to help whenever needed. I would highly recommend Jenny to any family looking for someone trustworthy, nurturing, patient, and genuinely caring.

🌟 Hi, I'm Jessica, Your Family Wellness Guide! 🌟 My journey as a family coach is deeply rooted in my own experiences and beliefs. Having faced the devastating impact of suicide, including the loss of my dear friend Viktoria when she was just 13, I understand firsthand the importance of fostering resilience, understanding, and meaningful connections within families. Growing up, I struggled with depression and adversity. These challenges have shaped my perspective and fueled my passion for supporting families in their own journeys. I know from personal experience the critical role that support, empathy, and effective communication play in promoting mental health and well-being within families. My approach as a family coach is guided by empathy and authenticity. I provide a safe and supportive space for families to explore their challenges, celebrate their strengths, and unlock their full potential. I understand that every family is unique, and I take a collaborative and individualized approach to coaching, tailoring my guidance to meet the specific needs and goals of each family. Rather than offering quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions, I empower families with the tools, insights, and strategies they need to cultivate lasting change from within. Erika is the best! She was super knowledgeable and amazing at putting me at ease as a first time mom with all her advice. She made sure I was super well taken care of as well as my newborn. She helped around the house with laundry, cleaning, and cooking while me and the baby slept, and also was there to provide guidance to my husband every step of the way. As well as her wealth of knowledge, Erika is on the ball with all your families needs, she’s kind and compassionate, and also great to just chat with in between everything! Would 100% hire her again!

We truly cannot put into words what Rosalie meant to our family during those early newborn weeks. She came into our lives at a time that felt overwhelming, emotional, and exhausting, and somehow brought a sense of calm, confidence, and steadiness that we didn’t know we needed so deeply. From the very beginning, we trusted her completely. The way she cared for our baby was so gentle, intuitive, and full of love, it felt like he was safe with someone who truly saw him. She didn’t just help us get through the nights, she helped us become parents. She guided us through feeding challenges, soothed him through the hardest moments, and taught us how to better understand and care for him. Her presence made everything feel more manageable. We were counting down the minutes until she would come. She was also incredibly intuitive when it came to me. She could sense when I was feeling overwhelmed or unsure and always met me with reassurance and guidance. Whether it was encouraging me to call the pediatrician when something didn’t feel right or simply reminding me to trust myself, she supported me in a way that went far beyond just caring for our baby. Saying goodbye to her was incredibly hard. We genuinely had to brace ourselves for it that entire week. There is something so special, and honestly emotional, about watching someone love and care for your baby the way Rosalie did. It’s not something you forget. We are forever grateful for her. She made one of the most vulnerable seasons of our lives feel supported, safe, and even beautiful in moments. Any family would be beyond lucky to have her, and we will always hold her in such a special place in our hearts.

My journey to becoming a mother was not easy. I had two very different and difficult births that taught me a lot about myself and the challenges of childbirth. My first birth was a long and exhausting labor that ended in an emergency cesarean. I felt scared, helpless, and disappointed that I couldn’t have the natural birth I wanted. My second birth was a planned cesarian, I felt unprepared, anxious, and overwhelmed by the intensity of the experience and felt guilty for not trying to deliver naturally. Both of my births left me feeling traumatized and in need of healing. These experiences made me realize that there is a gap in the traditional healthcare system when it comes to supporting mothers during birth. I felt that I didn’t get enough information, education, or emotional support from my providers, and that I had to advocate for myself and my baby. I decided to become a doula to fill that gap and to help other mothers have a better birth experience. As a doula, I offer personalized and continuous support to mothers before, during, and after birth. I help them prepare for their birth, cope with their pain, communicate with their providers, and celebrate their achievements. I want every mother to feel empowered, respected, and joyful during their birth.

Doula Laci is an amazing doula for all birthing people regardless of birth plan! Many other doulas I’ve met have pushed an exclusively “natural” birth plan but that doesn’t work for all bodies or families. Laci is amazing, understanding of multiple birth experiences and needs, and a deeply empathetic individual. You couldn’t find a better doula for your birth.

words will never do it justice to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to both Noa and Alex. Alex was our birth doula, but they both supported us immensely throughout pregnancy and helped us feel truly prepared for childbirth. their knowledge, resources, and guidance—especially when it came to navigating decisions and creating our birth plan—were invaluable. having Alex with us during labor gave us real peace of mind and confidence that our preferences would be honored. her calm, warm presence was incredibly grounding and supportive. her expertise allowed both my husband and I to be fully present throughout and after to delivery to enjoy those special moments with our newborn. as second-time parents, we didn’t have a doula for our first birth, and the difference was significant. having their support throughout pregnancy and during the birth of our second daughter made the entire experience feel more informed and supported. we cannot recommend these two human beings enough if you are looking for an uplifting and positive birth experience! – s & b

i joke that my labor was so long it covered two doula “shifts”! while that might sound unlucky, I actually feel incredibly fortunate that I got to experience the magic of both Alex and Noa during the birth of my son. I’ll spare the details of my long and complicated labor, but what I will say is that the next day, my husband and I looked at each other and said, “there is no way we could have gotten through all that without them!” Alex and Noa are an incredible power team—two kind, patient, and deeply supportive souls who will forever hold a special place in our hearts for helping us welcome our son into the world. they provided steady, unwavering support during some of the most vulnerable moments of my life, from hands-on comfort measures to constant words of encouragement. each time I had a question or faced a little decision, they were right by my side with knowledge, calm guidance, and reassurance. with Alex and Noa in your corner, you are truly in excellent hands. – k & w

working with Noa as my birth doula was one of the best decisions I made throughout my pregnancy and birth journey. She is truly an expert in all things pregnancy and birth, and it’s clear she stays deeply informed on the latest evidence—something that gave me so much trust and confidence in every decision we made together. what sets Noa apart is how she shows up as a listener. she has this incredible ability to help you tune into your own intuition and build confidence in your body. I didn’t just feel “supported”—I felt seen, heard, and genuinely empowered throughout the entire birth prep process. she created such a safe, grounding space for me during my last trimester, the final days of pregnancy, my birth, and even postpartum. because of her, those experiences felt not only manageable, but deeply positive and empowering. I look back on my birth with so much fondness, which is something I don’t take for granted—and I truly believe that’s because of Noa’s calm, steady, and reassuring presence. she also has a unique gift for working with everyone involved. whether it was my partner, hospital staff, or even my mom, she made sure everyone felt included, aligned, and communicating well. that level of cohesion made such a difference in the overall experience. simply put, I would never give birth again without Noa. I genuinely believe anyone would be better off having her in their corner for such a sacred and transformative journey.
