As a postpartum doula, I’m committed to offering gentle, reliable support that helps your family feel grounded, confident, and truly cared for after birth. I believe it truly does take a village! Through my own journey with a spirited toddler, I’ve experienced firsthand how transformative (and challenging) the shift into parenthood can be. For the past two years I have worked as a full-spectrum doula, now devoting most of my practice to supporting families in the postpartum period, and have had the privilege of serving more than fifty postpartum families. My calling to this work is deeply personal. Having lost my own mother during adolescence, I grew into my maternal nature early. That experience shaped my understanding of how essential nurturing, presence, and steady support truly are, especially during the vulnerable days and weeks after birth. I’ve been a labor and delivery nurse for the past 7 years and have attended over 1600 births. I’ve worked at three top hospitals including Cedar Sinai in Beverly Hills, Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach, and Scripps hospital, La Jolla. I am a RNC-OB, registered nurse certified in obstetrics as well as a lactation education counselor. I’ve taught labor and delivery at the university level and find teaching very rewarding.
