Hello, my name is Pei. After many cherished years as a stay-at-home mom, I am looking forward to returning to the workforce and doing what I know best: taking care of infants. My journey as a mother has deepened my understanding of the unique needs of newborns and their families and I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with others. I have raised three children of my own. My experience in caring for my own children has equipped me with practical skills in infant care, breastfeeding support, and emotional nurturing. I believe that every baby deserves a gentle start in life, and every family deserves compassionate support during those early years. I also offer postpartum services by helping families adjust to life with their new arrival. My goal is to ensure that every family feels supported, informed, and confident as they welcome their little ones. In my free time, you can find me watching the Tennis Channel, listening to my playlist on blast while doing housework, singing, and hopefully playing pickleball soon! And of course spending time with my family. I would be honored to be part of such an intimate time in your life. My heartfelt mission is to lovingly care for your baby, ensuring they feel safe, cherished, nurtured, and supported in every moment. Please note that my care services are exclusively focused on newborns up to 6 months, ensuring specialized attention and support for this stage. Ayden My Birth Doula was an absolute lifesaver throughout my entire birth journey. From our prenatal visit to postnatal support, she was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and always on time. She helped me understand what to expect, even knowing that birth can be an unexpected process at times, which gave me confidence and peace of mind going into labor. As a single mom by choice, Ayden was especially respectful and empathetic to my unique needs and how they differ from those of a couple. She was deeply supportive, caring, and thoughtful, never dismissive, and always made me feel seen, understood, and honored in my experience. During birth, Ayden was kind, nurturing, and remarkably calm. Her lovely positive affirmations and strong, grounding words helped me stay focused and empowered. Her intuitive guidance, especially with birth positioning for pushing was invaluable, and she attentively nurtured all of my needs, from snacks and water to maintaining dim lighting and a peaceful space. Giving birth to a Christmas baby unfortunately for me turned into travel nurses, and midwives and nothing going as planned. Yet, Ayden created calm within the chaos. She helped keep me grounded and feeling safe, and knowing she was by my side brought immense comfort. Her postnatal visit was just as supportive and reassuring, helping me process the experience and feel cared for beyond the birth itself. I truly cannot imagine my birth experience without Ayden’s support. Truly a Doula Angel Sent to help bring my baby girl into this world safely and as calm as possible in the unknown.

I’ll be honest. I wasn’t sure what to expect when we hired a birth doula, but I can’t imagine our labor without Haley. She supported both my wife and me from day one. During labor, she stayed calm, guided us through every stage, and helped me be the partner I wanted to be. Her experience and steady presence made our hospital birth feel so much more peaceful and empowering. The biggest thing I noticed was how safe and confident my wife felt with Haley by her side. If you’re looking for a compassionate birth doula, pregnancy support, or labor support, I can’t recommend Haley enough. She was one of the best investments we made for our growing family.

Kayla was both my birth and postpartum doula and I had an incredible experience with her for both. Before birth she did classes with my husband and I so that we would feel more prepared on things like the labor process and infant care. During these she was incredibly knowledgeable. She had lots of information prepared and also answered any and all questions we had. She clearly put a lot of thought into what information was important to go over and I left feeling much more knowledgeable than before. During my labor experience she was supportive, caring, and knowledgeable every step of the way. I had a very long labor that ended in an unplanned c section and I feel like without her the experience would've felt impossible. She not only supported me but also supported my husband during this experience and he feels strongly that she made our experience so much better by being there. She also was my postpartum doula. I completely trusted her with care of my newborn and she did an amazing job. I tend to be an anxious person but she is someone I feel 100% comfortable around. My daughter loves her and she took great care of her. She also was very knowledgeable and supportive during this time and had many tips that made the postpartum period much easier. I'll always be grateful for her and I would recommend her to anyone.

Adrea was recommended to me by a friend of a friend, who had used her twice for postpartum newborn care. She is an expert in baby sleep!! Adrea is also very kind, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. She did not have availability to help me at night, but made herself available as much as possible during the day so I could get some much needed sleep. So so grateful for her. Highly recommend!!

We hired Esme as a postpartum doula to help us get some sleep during the first months with our newborn. As first-time parents, everything felt overwhelming. We were also a bit worried about having someone new in the house at night, but Esme made it feel easy from day one—we felt comfortable with her right away. Esme was honestly a lifesaver for us in those early months. We feel very lucky to have had her support. Our baby would often wake up crying at night and was hard to soothe, but Esme handled those moments with such calmness and confidence. She clearly knows how to work with newborns, and that’s not easy to find. Our daughter felt comfortable with her, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. What stood out the most was how calm she stayed, even during more intense moments. That calm presence really helped our baby settle much faster. We would absolutely recommend Esme to any new parents—she makes a huge difference, both for the baby and for your own sanity and sleep.

Eunice is supporting us as a night doula for our newborn, and she has been incredible from the very beginning. In those first couple of weeks, she not only cared for our daughter but also helped us fine-tune feeding amounts, adjust timing, and better understand our baby’s cues. Her guidance made such a difference. Our nights are now much more restful, and our daughter (now two months old) is sleeping more consistently and becoming more independent. Eunice is dependable, communicative, attentive, and truly attuned to our baby’s needs. Our little one is always happy to see her and continues to sleep more regularly through the night. We truly would not have enjoyed this newborn stage as much without her. We’re so grateful for everything she’s done for our family.

Now that I am six months postpartum I am able to step back and write this objectively. As a single first time mom I sought postpartum doula services knowing that the extra support would be really crucial for me and my baby. Unfortunately Marlo did not prioritize my care despite agreeing to and also accepting my hefty deposit up front. Her daughter was also pregnant at the time which she did inform me of, however assured me that there should be no conflict even given our proximity of due dates. I trusted her judgement as a professional. As most births go, her daughter ended up going into labor late and I ended up being induced early; so unfortunately we ended up giving birth within the same week. I was understanding and allowed her to find a replacement doula for me (who I hadn’t met) for my first night home from the hospital. (Not ideal but I really didn’t have any other option as the first night home I desperately needed help). I was again understanding in her being unavailable the first week for me so she could be home with her daughter and new granddaughter. So here I was, a first time, new mom, alone. I tend to try and look on the bright side and in this situation, in order to protect my mental health, I did my best to be as positive and optimistic about the circumstances as possible. I found a rhythm on my own, I took care of my baby and myself on my own, and I cherished the time we had together just figuring out new little newborn life together. I allowed Marlo to continue to be unavailable without making the situation more difficult and told her I did not want to use replacements who I had not yet met (as that was her solution to try and offer me random other doulas she knew - Not what I was comfortable with nor what I paid for). So after about a month without having been able to utilize any of the hours I had paid upfront for with her (other than the first night with the replacement she gave me), I asked about cancelling the contract since the majority of the time I was anticipating using her services was for the beginning of my postpartum and that had not happened due to her unavailability. After a month doing everything on my own, it made zero sense for me to all of a sudden have her come in and start taking over once I had already figured out my way with things. Sorry but I didn’t want to just hand my baby over all of a sudden when he was used to having me with him 24/7. The whole purpose of hiring a postpartum doula was to be there to help me when I was recovering and had a brand new newborn not after I had recovered and was able to do everything on my own. She informed me that I could cancel the remainder of the contract but not only would she not be able to refund the hours I had prepaid for that weren’t utilized, she also had no availability for me to use the rest of those hours either. She said that she had to seek alternative work upon me cancelling the remainder of my contract so was no longer available. Even with this response I could be understanding as I know things arise and of course I wouldn’t want her to have to go without work, however her decision to keep my $600 in hours that was paid for and not provided to me seemed pretty awful given the fact that the entire reason I had to cancel my contract was because of her unavailability. (Which I will also add, for someone who is a doula and accustomed to births, she should know better than to schedule herself so close in conjunction with her own personal life events. It would’ve behooved her to just not have been available at all during those months she knew her daughter was due and I would’ve been able to find a proper doula who could’ve actually been there as promised). As a mom now, the way I look at money has really changed. Every dollar I have means money for my baby. $600 for a new, single mother, is a lot of money to have lost for essentially a “contract” which clearly doesn’t protect the needs of the mother but solely the selfish business of the doula. My advice for any mothers/parents seeking doula services. Read the contract thoroughly and make sure you are also considered in it. That was my mistake. I simply believed that by being understanding and trusting her false gestures of care that she would not be someone who cared more about her own selfish greed. I was wrong.

We had the absolute best experience with Taeleonna! She helped us with all three of our babies, born 1/16/19, 11/11/21, and 6/5/23, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. Taeleonna worked with each of our kids for about three months, helping with sleep conditioning and establishing healthy sleep routines. Having her support during those newborn months made such a huge difference for our entire family. She was patient, dependable, knowledgeable, and so caring with each of our babies. Every baby is different, and I loved that she adjusted what she did based on each of their individual needs rather than treating every baby the same. Having someone you completely trust caring for your newborn overnight is a huge deal, and we always felt comfortable knowing our babies were with Taeleonna. The fact that we chose to have her back for all three of our kids probably says it best! We are so grateful for everything she did for our family and would absolutely recommend Taeleonna to any family looking for overnight newborn support and help establishing healthy sleep habits.

Tae is caring, attentive, and reliable - truly a baby whisperer who I’d highly recommend to any new parents. We hired Tae for 12 weeks to take care of our newborn. Not only were we able to sleep soundly knowing our baby was in good hands, but Tae went above and beyond. She offered helpful suggestions and advice on feeding and ways to improve our baby’s sleep. Thanks to Tae’s expertise and advice, our baby was sleeping through the night by the time we said goodbye to Tae. We so appreciate Tae for setting us up for success!
