Birth. Strength. Motherhood. I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, informed, and deeply connected to her body before, during, and after birth. My role is to help her build that foundation so she can move through motherhood with confidence, resilience, and trust in herself.

The first words I think of while describing my family's experience with Luna Bruno is "our angel on Earth". I was fortunate enough to meet Luna while she was training to become a Midwife at a birth center I was receiving care at for a few weeks. Life had some hiccups and I no longer had any prenatal care at all. I immediately knew that if I wasn't going to have a Dr./Midwife by my side, I 100% needed a woman who can help me connect with every bit of strength I had in me to get through what I was about to experience. Beginning to end Luna tailored not only to my husband and I's needs, but she also tailored her work style and ethic around who we are as people. She took thoughtful time understanding our mindsets, concerns, and lifestyle to translate them all into the care she provided throughout our journey. No matter who you are, if your goal is to channel your upmost STRENGTH pre/post natal, Luna is the woman to help empower you through it all. There was not one single moment where we felt unsupported, alone, unsure, or not advocated for properly. My favorite part about working with Luna was knowing that this is not just some job title for her, this is who she is, you can feel the passion for her work threaded into every part of her honest work. Both my husband and I (+my new little baby if he could type) would 1000% recommend Luna Bruno as your Doula.

Hi, Im Andrea. Founder of Maternal Haven, Birth + Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Creator of the Haven Circle™ Model of Care. I support families through the deeply transformative journey of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Guided by the Haven Circle’s core pillars of connection, continuity, restoration, and community care, my approach blends holistic healing with evidence-informed practices to create a grounded and nurturing experience for every family. I specialize in providing intentionally curated labor, birth, and postpartum support that honors both traditional wisdom and modern perinatal needs. My work bridges the gap between these worlds ensuring families feel truly held, informed, and empowered as they step into parenthood. Through Maternal Haven, I offer care that is restorative, culturally mindful, and deeply personalized. Because your journey deserves a circle of support that evolves with you, every step of the way. The Values That Shape My Work: I’m a first-generation Latina raised in a multigenerational household where caregiving was shared, community was central, and support was collective rather than individual. I grew up with a deep understanding of the “village”, mutual aid, interdependence, and emotional presence as foundational to well-being. Those early values shaped my path into caregiving. I began my work supporting families as a nanny during children’s most formative years, and later transitioned into birth and postpartum doula care, childbirth education, and mentorship for emerging doulas. Across each role, one belief has remained constant: meaningful support is built through continuity, not urgency. How I Support Families: My approach sits at the intersection of emotional wellness, cultural humility, and practical guidance. I honor ancestral knowledge while also supporting families as they navigate modern perinatal systems and healthcare structures. Through Maternal Haven, I offer support that evolves as families’ needs change, providing steadiness across pregnancy, birth, and postpartum rather than isolated moments of care. A Circle of Care That Grows With You: Whether I’m facilitating a prenatal session, supporting someone through labor, or offering quiet presence during postpartum recovery, my intention remains the same: to help families feel informed, supported, and confident as they step into parenthood. Your journey deserves care that is thoughtful, restorative, and personal. Care that adapts as you do. Care that walks with you, every step of the way.

I have a difficult time finding the right doula for me and i was losing hope, until i was matched with Andrea and i felt like i had a huge relief. My pregnancy was full of ups and downs but Andrea made sure from the start that she was fully by my side and never made me feel alone. Her empathy and comprehension was something that i was definitely looking for in a doula because in my first pregnancy i felt unheard and put to the side while i was in labor with my first daughter. This time around anytime i had any fears or doubts Andrea was always quick to be comforting and supportive with her words. She is such a sweet and special person to me who i will always cherish because she is one of a kind. Durning my labor with my second daughter when it was calm she made everything so peaceful, even when things changed and the energy shifted and i was scared because my body went into fetal ejection reflex and pushed my daughter out at 7cm Andrea never stopped caring for me and going above and beyond to support me and help me ease my anxiety. She also saved my sanity and gave me peace doing overnights and taking care of my newborn while i recovered from my birth. Words cant describe how grateful i am for Andrea she is the best doula out there.

My approach to postpartum care is deeply holistic, rooted in the belief that when a mother is cared for, the whole family thrives. While I certainly love babies, my philosophy is simple: I am not here to hold babies—I am here to hold mothers. As a postpartum doula, clinical social worker, herbalist, and mother myself, I weave together evidence-based support with ancestral wisdom to nurture the emotional, physical, and spiritual transition into motherhood. My care may include nourishing postpartum meals tailored to your body's healing needs, herbal support, nervous system regulation, gentle bodywork, ancestral healing practices, and compassionate emotional support. I also bring a thoughtful eye to the home, helping with light housekeeping, tending to older siblings, and creating a peaceful environment where you can truly rest and recover. My intention is for every mother to feel deeply seen, cherished, and held during one of life's most sacred transformations. At this time, I am offering in-home postpartum doula services, allowing families to receive personalized, nurturing care in the comfort of their own homes.

Working with Celia was one of the greatest gifts I gave myself after having my baby. From the moment she walked into our home, I felt like I could finally exhale. She has this incredible ability to notice exactly what needs tending to before you even have to ask. She prepared nourishing meals, quietly folded laundry, helped keep our home feeling peaceful, and always made sure I had water, snacks, and time to rest. But what meant the most was how she cared for me. She listened without judgment as I processed my birth story, held space for the hard emotions alongside the beautiful ones, and reminded me that I was doing an amazing job even on the days I couldn't see it myself. The herbal baths, bodywork, and Closing of the Bones ceremony were unlike anything I had ever experienced. I felt deeply honored, nurtured, and reconnected with myself after birth. It didn't feel like hiring someone to help... it felt like having an ancient village show up at my doorstep. If you're looking for someone who truly understands that postpartum is about caring for the mother as much as the baby, I cannot recommend Celia enough. Every new mother deserves to be cared for the way she cares for others.

Hello families! My name is Sarrah Hernandez, and I'm an Ayurvedic birth and postpartum doula and Ayurvedic women's health consultant based in Kapolei, Hawaiʻi. At the heart of my work is a commitment to building meaningful relationships with the women and families I serve. I believe pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood are profound rites of passage and not simply medical events to be managed, but transformative seasons that deserve to be nurtured with presence, knowledge, and compassionate support. My role is to help re-center women in their matrescence journey while serving as a bridge for families seeking care that extends beyond the clinical model and honors the whole person. As an integrative health practitioner, I blend evidence-informed education with traditional wisdom and nurturing practices that have often been lost in modern maternity care. I walk alongside women throughout pregnancy, offering personalized health and wellness guidance, weekly one-on-one prenatal yoga sessions, support as they adapt to the physical, emotional, and identity changes of pregnancy, and family-centered birth and postpartum preparation. After birth, I provide restorative Ayurvedic postpartum care focused on nourishing, protecting, and caring for the mother during the first 45 days as she recovers and transitions into motherhood. I recently moved to Oʻahu in February 2026 with my husband, who was born and raised here, and it is truly an honor to serve the women, babies, and families of Hawaiʻi who resonate with this relationship-centered, holistic model of care.

I am a native Los Angelino, raised in a bilingual household. I have always had a passion for working with children. While in high school I began volunteering at children’s hospitals, such as Millers Women and Children’s Hospital and LA Children’s Orthopedic Hospital, where I interacted with children suffering life threatening illnesses or challenging physical disabilities. Later, I was President of The Amigos Club, which aimed to bring together students regardless of abilities or neurodivergence during lunch period or after school activities. I even partnered with the Special Olympics to organize an inclusion game of basketball between our cities two rival high schools. These experiences sparked in me the desire to make a difference in the lives of others. After high school I enrolled in college and am a Child Development major. I have worked with children of all different ages in many different capacities; after school program leader, Live-Out Nanny/Babysitter, cheer coach, ABA therapist, and am currently an infant/toddler caretaker and Pre-K substitute teacher. I also help care for my grandmother with Alzheimer’s that lives with me. Most recently, I received my certification as a Postpartum and Infant Care Doula and am now enrolled in the Birthing Doula course. I’m a very nurturing person that connects naturally with others and can kindly and calmly respond to their needs. However, my extensive experience and education has given me the tools to be patient while also being intentional and proactive in order to provide the absolute best care. I am enthusiastic about how I will continue to serve families.

Hello, my name is Ileana. I have many years of experience caring for newborns, infants, and young children. One of the most rewarding experiences in my career was working as an overnight nanny for newborn twins, providing nighttime care, feeding, diaper changes, comforting the babies, and helping establish healthy sleep routines. I consider myself a loving, patient, responsible, trustworthy, and highly dedicated caregiver. My priority is to provide a safe, calm, and nurturing environment while respecting each family's values and parenting style. I enjoy working closely with parents to give their children the best possible care and to provide families with peace of mind, knowing their little ones are in experienced and caring hands. My greatest strength is caring for newborns and supporting families during the first months of their baby's life. I speak Spanish and truly enjoy helping families through one of the most special and important stages of their children's lives.

Ileana has been taking care of our son part-time since he was 6mo (he just turned 2) and we love her like family. She has the warmth and care that is rare to find and we have been blessed to have her be a part of our baby’s first years. Now our son will be starting school so unfortunately we will no longer need help during the day, but Ileana will always be a part of our lives. I cannot recommend her enough and please reach out if you would like to ask any questions
