Jasmine Spacher

Packages from $4,500

Hi, I’m jasmine spacher (SHE/HER) cd(chb), CLC I graduated in 1999 from The National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA with a certificate in Massage Therapy and Health Education. While attending school I worked with autistic children, both one on one as well as homeschooling autistic children, utilizing music and movement therapy during the home school sessions. I have been attending births for clients and friends since 2002, completing my first doula training through DONA with Debra-Pascali Bonaro (Orgasmic Birth) in 2009. I attended the Assistant Midwifery program at The Farm with Ina May Gaskin and other Farm midwives, and completed my Watsu (water shiatsu) training with Joanne Santana there at The Farm in Summertown, TN. I re-certified with Carriage House Birth in June 2012 because I fell in love with the philosophy and curriculum they had compiled. In 2014, wanting to be able to support my clients more fully in postpartum, I became a Certified Lactation Counselor. I bring education, support, understanding, strength and positivity to each birth. I draw from all of my experience using reflexology, music & movement, spinning babies, massage, visualization among other therapies to foster relaxation and strength through each stage of labor. It is important to me to bring everyone together to work as a team:, the nurses, doctor and partner. I feel every birthing person deserves to have the birth they desire and I will work to make sure you and your partner feel empowered every step of the way.

My name is Deborah Bennett i am a mother of 3 adult children, a Certified Postpartum Doula, certified Home Health Aide, experienced Newborn Care Specialist and certified in Adult and Pediatric CPR and First Aid, experienced in assisting families in the fourth trimester. Experienced in assisting with sleep training. I don't mind traveling for jobs. I offer 24/7 live in service statewide, as well as 12 hour day or night shifts but only in surrounding areas closer to Manhattan and Brooklyn New York. I have assisted 28 families so far in New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Texas and California. I am from Jamaica and currently live in Virginia and Brooklyn. I believe that with the right sensitive approach and careful assistance, a family can quickly adjust to their new addition to their family. Before i start a job, i meet with the family online and carefully assess the family's dynamics to determine their unique needs. I am here to meet each family wherever they are. Supporting them through tangible tasks, navigating feedings, diaper changes, baby's laundry, sleep training and light cleaning up, while nourishing them with home-cooked meals, or simply holding non-judgmental talk space for anything that's on their mind. Carefully monitoring the mother's physical and mental healing and the babies growth and development. Postpartum care is my passion and my unltimate goal is to empower the parents, providing them with the resources, knowledge and skills they will need to continue their postpartum journey comfortably even when my duties ends. Allowing the mother to rest and recover quicker, also allowing the father to rest as well. For bookings i can be contacted by my cell: 934-867-6890 or email: bennettdebbie7575@gmail.com

Debbie was incredible support during the first few weeks of caring for our newborn daughter as I recovered from delivery and we adjusted to parenthood as first-time parents. Her top priority was always our daughter’s care, handling everything related to her needs, including diaper changes, laundry, and organizing her belongings. Debbie is kind, patient, respectful, and extremely professional. She made us feel comfortable and confident while teaching us essential newborn care skills, from diapering and feeding to bathing and soothing. Beyond hands-on care, she helped us stay organized, offered thoughtful product recommendations, and shared valuable tips for the future. Her knowledge, calm demeanor, and supportive approach made a meaningful difference during such a sensitive and important time in our lives.

Hi! I’m Liz. I’m a Brooklyn-based doula providing birth and postpartum support in the broader NYC area. My doula journey started a year after the birth of our delightful, curious baby. I had been feeling an immense pull toward more local, hands-on work and a desire to help create the world I want our children to live in. Motivated by my birth and postpartum experience, I completed my DONA International Birth Doula Training in 2026. Since then, I have advanced my training through mentorship with Manhattan Birth and NYC Birth Village. Prior to pursuing birthwork, I spent a decade planning and implementing within nonprofits and startups. Understanding, connecting with, and communicating with people has always been the heart of my work. I love the active process of making sense out of messiness and adapting toward what feels right. I am a daughter, sister, partner, and mama. You can often find me climbing, reading, and exploring outside with family and friends. Nature has been one of my greatest teachers — I aim to live with gratitude, awe, and a deep respect for all creatures. My pronouns are she/they. I proudly support parents of all genders.

Absolutely fantastic working with Liz. A real life saver. My partner had an unplanned c-section and I had to return to school to teach when our baby girl arrived. Having Liz fit seamlessly into our lives allowed me to focus on work and give my partner the time she needed to rest or focus on herself, for those few moments during the day. This was invaluable. Outside of that, Liz has a professional and hard working mindset. She is very organzied and communication with her was always easy, open and honest. It allowed me to make requests and work with her to organzie suitable times for all concerned. Along with her spreadsheets of detailed help sessions, Liz was a real pleasure to have in our immediate family in those precious first months. If you are looking for someone to add aue to your new family life, then Liz is the person for you!
