I was a competitive gymnast for many years, after hurting myself enough I went into coaching for 4.5 years and fell In love with the sport all over again, finding what technique worked with what kid was a passion of mind. I grew up hearing stories from ladies (and still do) who only remembered pain and feeling completely powerless during the birth of their children.
