After a rewarding career as a teacher I decided to follow my passion and I've never looked back. Doula work has always felt like home to me and supporting moms and families is my joy. I believe that education is the best starting point in a well informed birth experience. I also pride myself in creating a peaceful birth environment that smells amazing. All of my clients receive a Luxury in Birth Kit that contain hand made products to enhance your environment. My knowledge and experience combined with your birth plan will make a great team. I wear many hats in the birth world and value being hands on with my clients in order to provide 5 star service. See you soon in the birth room.

Erin is an INCREDIBLE gem of a doula. From the moment my husband and I met her, we knew instantly that she was the one. And we were right! First of all, her passion and positive energy are contagious. We accomplished SO MUCH during our first visit. She patiently guided me through various poses to ease discomfort and prepare me for labor, all while getting to know me. By the end of the visit, she had me completely figured out. In my stubborn moments, Erin always had the magic words to get me unstuck. Our dynamic was as though we were old friends. My birth experience was a 3-day induction with lots of highs and lows. Erin was there for ALL of it and kept the same energy throughout. When I felt lazy and wouldn't get out of the bed, she was the birth whisperer. I laugh when I remember how she "tricked" me into dancing and walking to bring on labor and how much I ended up enjoying it. Erin also wisely guided us through the medical team's recommendations and helped us make informed choices. On day 3, she told me we could get the baby out in a few hours if I did what she said, and IT HAPPENED! I had some unforeseen complications after, and she stayed with my husband and baby until I was out of the OR and stabilized. She even met us at home some weeks after to check on me, debrief, and celebrate. Erin is kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about birth. She has a PERMANENT place in my heart and invitation to the cookout. https://doulamatch.net/testimonial/detail/81721

Christina was amazing! She prepared us mentally about pregnancy, labor, and birth. She gave us a lot of information and on the day our son was born, she was with us the whole time making sure we had everything we needed. She continued checking up on me after coming home from the hospital and gave me much comfort when I needed it. Highly recommend Christina!

We had a wonderful experience with Jenny as our night doula. She cared for our newborn daughter over the course of a month and a half. She was communicative, prompt, and immediately put us at ease with her warm and reassuring presence. Not only was she a help to us in caring for our daughter overnight, but she always made sure to check in with me and how I was doing postpartum, and was generally just lovely to chat with and get to know. Her professionalism, trustworthiness, and knowledge were evident from the start, and she handled everything with such care and attention. We felt completely supported, and can't recommend her highly enough!

I had the absolute pleasure of having Avivah as my baby nurse after my C-section, and I truly don’t know how I would’ve managed without her. From the moment she arrived, she brought calm, care, and competence into our home. Not only did she care for my newborn with such gentleness and attention, but she also went above and beyond by helping with my older kids, preparing lunches for me, bathing the baby, and even folding laundry without ever being asked. She is incredibly capable, proactive, and thoughtful, always one step ahead of what I needed. Her support allowed me the time and space to rest and heal, knowing everything (and everyone) was in the best hands. I can’t recommend her highly enough!

I believe in honoring the sacred wisdom of the womb and using holistic practices to cultivate self-love, informed choices, and a birth experience filled with knowledge, power, and joy. Let's connect and co-create the birthing and wellness experience you deserve!

We hired Alexis as a birth doula and then for some additional postpartum support too. Alexis was beyond helpful. She was generous with her time and wisdom. Of course things didn't go according to plan, these things never do, and she provided a calming, knowledge that let us work through the complications and feel comfortable with how to move forward. Alexis is well informed and allows you to share your ideas too. She is not at all pushy and supported whatever we wanted, but guided us when we really had no idea and needed a trusted source. Crunchy but not too crunchy, laidback but knows when to step in. I appreciated that we could talk about the details of a medical procedure and also chat about a good playlist. Easy to get in touch with and an all around great gal. I would definitely recommend Alexis for all your birth and baby needs.

From the moment we met Heather, she felt like a member of our family. She was instrumental in helping us achieve a beautiful labor and birth, advocating for my preferences, managing pain, and guiding me through various positions to facilitate progress in labor. In the weeks leading up to the birth, Heather dedicated several hours to preparing my partner and me. She encouraged us to consider different scenarios, practiced Spinning Babies techniques with us, and discussed my labor preferences in detail. Thanks to her calming expertise, we approached the experience without anxiety, confident in Heather’s support. When I faced a complication after delivery, Heather remained by our side throughout. She guided my partner in supporting me and advocated to keep our baby with me at all times—something I believe greatly contributed to the positive outcome of our situation. After we were discharged, Heather visited us at home and provided invaluable practical support that we hadn’t received at the hospital. She helped with swaddling, bottle feeding, soothing a fussy baby, and even advised us on some essential overnight Amazon purchases. During this time, Heather also assisted us in navigating and processing the trauma we experienced, validating our complex feelings and helping us appreciate the beauty of our birth. Heather will always be a cherished part of our family and our story. We cannot recommend her services enough.

Alyssa was really wonderful. We engaged her at the last minute (just three days before the birth), and she was immediately fully present and available to answer our questions leading up to our hospital stay. She brought a calm, peaceful energy to the delivery room and was an incredible support to my wife during some very stressful circumstances. She was fully available to us in the weeks following delivery; we really benefitted from her warm, thoughtful advice. Would 10/10 recommend Alyssa for anyone looking to hire a doula!!
