I believe that rest is one of the most essential (and overlooked) parts of healing and adjusting to motherhood. My goal is to make that rest possible by tending to the practical and emotional needs that often go unnoticed. This can look like helping with household tasks and baby care to offering a listening ear when you need to talk. What makes my approach unique is my background and training as a mental health counselor. I provide not only hands-on care, but also a safe, nonjudgmental space for mothers to process their emotions, which may include joy, overwhelm, and everything in between.
