Eunice is supporting us as a night doula for our newborn, and she has been incredible from the very beginning. In those first couple of weeks, she not only cared for our daughter but also helped us fine-tune feeding amounts, adjust timing, and better understand our baby’s cues. Her guidance made such a difference. Our nights are now much more restful, and our daughter (now two months old) is sleeping more consistently and becoming more independent. Eunice is dependable, communicative, attentive, and truly attuned to our baby’s needs. Our little one is always happy to see her and continues to sleep more regularly through the night. We truly would not have enjoyed this newborn stage as much without her. We’re so grateful for everything she’s done for our family.

I cannot recommend her enough. Candace helped me through all three of my pregnancies! She provided unwavering emotional support throughout my pregnancy and postpartum, helping me feel seen, heard, and confident during such a vulnerable season. She gave me invaluable breastfeeding guidance and was an incredible resource when I developed mastitis and preeclampsia. Her compassion, knowledge, and calming presence made such a difference in my experience. Every family deserves someone like her in their corner.

I strive to be a steadying presence amidst the many changes that come with welcoming a new baby. I firmly believe that postpartum care should encompass the whole family, ensuring each member feels nurtured and heard every step of the way. I provide experienced and research-backed support to families in the first weeks with their little ones. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. I would love to become part of your support system!

We hired Esme as a postpartum doula to help us get some sleep during the first months with our newborn. As first-time parents, everything felt overwhelming. We were also a bit worried about having someone new in the house at night, but Esme made it feel easy from day one—we felt comfortable with her right away. Esme was honestly a lifesaver for us in those early months. We feel very lucky to have had her support. Our baby would often wake up crying at night and was hard to soothe, but Esme handled those moments with such calmness and confidence. She clearly knows how to work with newborns, and that’s not easy to find. Our daughter felt comfortable with her, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. What stood out the most was how calm she stayed, even during more intense moments. That calm presence really helped our baby settle much faster. We would absolutely recommend Esme to any new parents—she makes a huge difference, both for the baby and for your own sanity and sleep.

I am based in Kirkland, Washington, and provide compassionate, respectful, and hands-on support to families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, helping parents feel confident and supported during one of the most meaningful transitions in their lives. I hold a Technical Degree in Nursing from Brazil, earned in 2010, with more than 2,090 hours of combined theoretical and clinical training. While this is not a U.S. nursing license, it provides a strong clinical foundation for the care and support I offer families. Throughout my professional career, I have gained extensive experience in maternal and newborn care, including supporting pregnant women, newborns, premature infants, and babies requiring specialized care. I bring seven years of hands-on experience working in a maternity hospital in Brazil, where I supported mothers during labor and provided direct care for newborns, including premature infants and babies in the NICU. This experience has given me extensive knowledge in supporting families with newborns who require specialized care. I offer both daytime and overnight support for newborns, premature infants, and their families during the postpartum period. My services include evidence-based newborn care, emotional support for parents, infant feeding guidance, healthy sleep foundations, and practical assistance to help families feel confident and well supported as they adjust to life with a new baby. Families often describe me as reliable, calm, and attentive. I strive to create a warm, organized, and judgment-free environment where families feel supported and confident in their routines while following current American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommendations for safe sleep and newborn care. A dedicated, capable, and broadly skilled Full Spectrum Doula. My skillset has flourished in the years I’ve spent in professional birth and postpartum care. Having supported over 300 families through pregnancy, labor and birth, and even hundreds more in postpartum, as well as a foundation of 20+ years of NCS experience, I am a seasoned Doula based here in metro Seattle / Tacoma. My competencies are built on the foundation of full-spectrum experience of pregnancy, birth and postpartum. I walk hand in hand with families through first, second, and third births as well as the many in-between variations of the experience of growing family. It is important to me to practice with a calm and clear mind, helping to build your confidence and awareness early on, helping you assert your autonomy confidently to be in charge of your experience. At the heart of my work as your doula are the values of trust, honesty, reliability and non-judgmental support. There is no one right way to become a family. My role is to help you feel sure of what is right for you.

Nori was the whole reason my birth experience went as smoothly as it did. Not only did she prepare me and my husband for what would likely occur, but she prepped us beforehand with research behind the decisions that are made during these moments. This was so unbelievably smart and helpful to discuss beforehand, so we didn’t have to make any hard decisions during labor. Nori also provided such a comfort, not only physically, but emotionally and mentally. She helped my husband learn ways to help me manage labor pains, paid attention to what sort of environment I preferred, and even took photos of us with our newborn. I can’t imagine not choosing Nori!

Kayla was both my birth and postpartum doula and I had an incredible experience with her for both. Before birth she did classes with my husband and I so that we would feel more prepared on things like the labor process and infant care. During these she was incredibly knowledgeable. She had lots of information prepared and also answered any and all questions we had. She clearly put a lot of thought into what information was important to go over and I left feeling much more knowledgeable than before. During my labor experience she was supportive, caring, and knowledgeable every step of the way. I had a very long labor that ended in an unplanned c section and I feel like without her the experience would've felt impossible. She not only supported me but also supported my husband during this experience and he feels strongly that she made our experience so much better by being there. She also was my postpartum doula. I completely trusted her with care of my newborn and she did an amazing job. I tend to be an anxious person but she is someone i feel 100% comfortable around. My daughter loves her and she took great care of her. She also was very knowledgeable and supportive during this time and had many tips that made the postpartum period much easier. I'll always be grateful for her and I would recommend her to anyone.

Ayden My Birth Doula was an absolute lifesaver throughout my entire birth journey. From our prenatal visit to postnatal support, she was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and always on time. She helped me understand what to expect, even knowing that birth can be an unexpected process at times, which gave me confidence and peace of mind going into labor. As a single mom by choice, Ayden was especially respectful and empathetic to my unique needs and how they differ from those of a couple. She was deeply supportive, caring, and thoughtful, never dismissive, and always made me feel seen, understood, and honored in my experience. During birth, Ayden was kind, nurturing, and remarkably calm. Her lovely positive affirmations and strong, grounding words helped me stay focused and empowered. Her intuitive guidance, especially with birth positioning for pushing was invaluable, and she attentively nurtured all of my needs, from snacks and water to maintaining dim lighting and a peaceful space. Giving birth to a Christmas baby unfortunately for me turned into travel nurses, and midwives and nothing going as planned. Yet, Ayden created calm within the chaos. She helped keep me grounded and feeling safe, and knowing she was by my side brought immense comfort. Her postnatal visit was just as supportive and reassuring, helping me process the experience and feel cared for beyond the birth itself. I truly cannot imagine my birth experience without Ayden’s support. Truly a Doula Angel Sent to help bring my baby girl into this world safely and as calm as possible in the unknown.

We found Oksanna in early 2026 and feel so lucky to have come across her post. We used a night nanny with our first daughter and knew we'd want one again after such a great experience, but Oksanna was even better than the person we had before. She was flexible, started as soon as we needed her, and worked around our hectic schedules. Thanks to her, the first four months with our new daughter were enjoyable instead of stressful, and we could rest easy every night knowing our baby was in diligent, capable hands. Oksanna was an OB/GYN surgeon in Russia, where she ran entire floors of obstetric, neonatal, and pediatric patients. As physicians ourselves, my husband and I knew her level of competency was far beyond what one newborn requires. She is vastly overqualified for the job, and it shows. Even more special, her expertise is matched by the warmth and love she gives a child who isn't her own. I often found her singing Russian lullabies to soothe our daughter. Our daughter has slept through the night since she was four months old, and I truly believe Oksanna had a lot to do with it. We can't recommend her highly enough!
