I am the founder of MotheRetreat, a doula agency serving South Florida from Miami to Boca Raton and Tampa Bay. Our birth doulas, postpartum doulas and overnight newborn care specialists are certified, insured and background-checked, and each one went through our own evaluation before meeting a family. You work with one coordinated plan: a primary doula, a vetted backup arranged in advance and a coordinator who keeps the schedule steady if your baby comes early or a shift has to move. Services: birth doula support (prenatal visits, continuous labor support, a postpartum visit), daytime postpartum doula care, overnight newborn care, and private childbirth and newborn care classes at home or online in South Florida. I am a CAPPA-certified birth doula and childbirth educator, a certified postpartum doula (Doula Link) and a breastfeeding counselor (AHEC); I speak English and Russian. MotheRetreat care is eligible for reimbursement through Carrot and Maven employer benefits, and we prepare every invoice and form for you. We hold a 4.9 rating on Google from 190+ families.

I cannot recommend Inara Arauz enough! From the moment she became part of our journey, she brought so much warmth, compassion, and reassurance during both my birth and postpartum experience. As my birth doula, Inara was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and calming. She helped me feel informed, empowered, and cared for every step of the way. Her presence made such a meaningful difference during one of the most important moments of my life. As my postpartum doula, Inara continued to go above and beyond. She was so sweet, kind, and unbelievably patient with my baby girl. Watching the love and gentle care she showed my daughter gave me so much peace of mind and allowed me to rest knowing she was in the very best hands. She also offered encouragement, guidance, and support when I needed it most as a new mom. I also want to give a special thank you to Laila, who cared for us as my postpartum doula on several nights. She was equally kind, compassionate, and attentive, and I always felt confident leaving my baby girl in her care. Her calm presence and genuine love for babies made those nights so much easier for our family. Both Inara and Laila have hearts of gold, and I am forever grateful for everything they did for our family. If you’re looking for a birth or postpartum doula who is experienced, caring, and truly passionate about what they do, I wholeheartedly recommend them. They made such a positive impact on our lives, and we will always cherish the support they gave us during this special time.

I bring a heart-centered, holistic approach to birth work—rooted in deep empathy, empowerment, and unwavering trust in the sacred journey of motherhood. I believe birth is not just a physical experience; it’s a profoundly emotional and spiritual transformation—for the mother and the entire family. My philosophy centers on honoring your intuition, supporting informed choices, and holding space for you to feel seen, heard, and respected at every stage of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I am not here to take control. I am here to walk beside you, uplift you, and remind you of your innate power as a parent. My practice is grounded in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and the understanding that no two birth journeys are the same. I meet you where you are—whether you're planning a serene home birth, a hospital delivery, or anything in between. Through education, advocacy, and unwavering support, I help parents navigate their options and move forward with confidence and clarity. The postpartum journey is just as important—and sacred—as pregnancy and birth. I believe this period deserves just as much care and intention. My approach is rooted in nurturing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—while creating a soft landing for you to heal, bond, and grow into your new rhythm. Whether you're a first-time parent or welcoming another baby into your family, I offer nonjudgmental support, compassionate listening, and practical help tailored to your unique needs. From emotional reassurance and newborn care guidance to light housework and breastfeeding or bottle feeding support, I work to create a calm, grounded environment where your recovery and your baby’s transition are deeply honored. I see postpartum not as a time to “bounce back,” but a time to be held, nourished, and affirmed. You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to make you feel seen, safe, and supported every step of the way. This work is more than a profession for me—it is a calling. A calling to serve, nurture, and restore dignity and joy to the birthing experience.

Hi! I’m Raymah, a certified birth and postpartum doula supporting families since 2017. I’ve had the privilege of supporting more than 100 families through birth and postpartum, with thousands of hours of hands on experience caring for newborns and helping parents navigate those first weeks at home. I believe doula support should leave you feeling more confident, not more dependent. During pregnancy and birth, I help families understand their options, prepare for what to expect, and feel informed and supported throughout labor and delivery. After baby arrives, I help bridge the gap between bringing a newborn home and actually feeling comfortable caring for one. We can work through feeding, diapering, bathing, soothing, newborn cues, sleep rhythms and routines, postpartum recovery, and all of the little questions that come up once you’re home with your baby. Postpartum support can include daytime care, overnight support for rest and recovery, newborn and parent education, or a combination tailored to your family’s needs. My approach is warm, practical, judgment free, and grounded in experience. There is no one right way to birth or parent. My job is to meet your family where you are, give you reliable support and education, and help you find the rhythm that works for your home.

Raymah has helped me delivered my two babies in the last two years and I could not recommend her enough! She completely changed my experiences for the better and because of her wisdom I was able to avoid induction! She also has such a calming presence and is wonderful with incorporating anyone you want/ need into the birth by guiding them as well. I would not deliver without her.

From the moment we started working with Sophia at Devout Doula Services, it was clear that we had made the right decision. She not only provided us with emotional and physical support but also with an incredible depth of knowledge and resources that empowered us throughout our birth. She was there for us every step of the way, from early pregnancy to postpartum, offering guidance on everything from nutrition to birth plans. Sophia respected and listened to our wishes, ensuring that we felt heard, seen, and genuinely cared for. As a seasoned doula, birth advocate, and mother of nine children — six boys and a set of triplet girls — I bring a rare blend of clinical knowledge, lived experience, and intuitive understanding to every family I serve. My journey through nine pregnancies, each with its own lessons and challenges, has shaped the way I support mothers today. I know the emotional terrain of pregnancy, the physical demands of labor, and the sacred transformation that happens when a new life enters the world. My work is rooted in the belief that every mother deserves informed, compassionate, and culturally grounded care. Over the years, I have supported families across a wide range of birth experiences, always centering their voices, their choices, and their dignity. My approach blends evidence‑based education with the kind of wisdom that only comes from walking the path myself many times over. A core part of my philosophy is the importance of consistent, proactive prenatal care. I have seen firsthand how early support, education, and monitoring can reduce complications and lower the likelihood of medical inductions — especially those involving Pitocin. While Pitocin is a valuable medical tool when truly necessary, I help families understand how nurturing the body throughout pregnancy can support natural hormonal progression and increase the chances of spontaneous labor. My goal is to empower mothers with knowledge, confidence, and the tools they need to advocate for themselves long before labor begins. Through Royal Empress Doula Services, I serve families with a commitment to excellence, cultural sensitivity, and unwavering support. Whether I am guiding a first‑time mother, supporting a family through a high‑risk pregnancy, or helping a parent heal from a previous birth experience, I show up with the same steady presence that carried me through my own births. My mission is simple: to help families feel seen, supported, and strengthened — from the first prenatal visit to the first moments of life and beyond.

Hey Y'all, My name is Kara. I fell in love with the idea of helping families during their birth and postpartum journey after having Ovarian Cancer, and having a total hysterectomy. Although I was no longer able to physically have any more children, I realized so many families lack the support they need and want to bring their babies into this world. Nor do they have the support those crucial first few month once baby is home. I include the entire family during each process. Whether it's parents, siblings, or even fur babies. I would love to help set the foundation that will carry your family through this incredible journey by building a strong relationship of trust and guidance. My knowledge includes, but is not limited to lactation, childbirth education, breastfeeding , massage therapy, infant care, birth, and postpartum services and procedures. I recognize that every individual and every birth is unique, and I strive to create a customized birth plan that aligns with your preferences, values, and desires. Whether you are planning a natural birth, a water birth, or a medically-assisted birth, I will work closely with you and your healthcare team to ensure that your needs are met and your voice is heard. My goal is to empower you with evidence-based information and emotional support, helping you navigate the various stages of labor with confidence and peace of mind. By choosing me as your doula, you can rest assured that you will receive unwavering support, advocacy, and guidance throughout your entire journey. I know that choosing a doula for your birth and postpartum experience is a decision that can greatly enhance and empower your journey into parenthood, and I am dedicated to providing unparalleled support and care. As a trained and experienced doula, I bring a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and a deep understanding of the physical and emotional aspects of childbirth and everything encompassing postpartum. From prenatal visits to postpartum care, I am committed to being a trusted companion throughout your entire birthing and postpartum process.
