Hello, my name is Lauren and I am a birth and postpartum doula as well as bereavement. I am also a new parent educator and a childbirth educator. I love working with families and all aspects of preparing for your childbirth journey. I also have experience with Nicu postpartum care.

As a doula, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families through a wide variety of birth experiences, including inductions, unmedicated and medicated births, cesarean births, VBAC/TOLAC, and high-risk pregnancies. I wanted to be become a doula because birth is a life-changing experience and all women deserve to have the opportunity to be given that extra support they might have needed or wanted.
