Hi! I’m Raymah, a certified birth and postpartum doula supporting families since 2017. I’ve had the privilege of supporting more than 100 families through birth and postpartum, with thousands of hours of hands on experience caring for newborns and helping parents navigate those first weeks at home. I believe doula support should leave you feeling more confident, not more dependent. During pregnancy and birth, I help families understand their options, prepare for what to expect, and feel informed and supported throughout labor and delivery. After baby arrives, I help bridge the gap between bringing a newborn home and actually feeling comfortable caring for one. We can work through feeding, diapering, bathing, soothing, newborn cues, sleep rhythms and routines, postpartum recovery, and all of the little questions that come up once you’re home with your baby. Postpartum support can include daytime care, overnight support for rest and recovery, newborn and parent education, or a combination tailored to your family’s needs. My approach is warm, practical, judgment free, and grounded in experience. There is no one right way to birth or parent. My job is to meet your family where you are, give you reliable support and education, and help you find the rhythm that works for your home.

Hey everyone! My name is Coni and I am a Certified Birth Doula located in Polk County, Florida. I'm married and have 3 crazy kiddos. I was also a surrogate and had Belly Buddy on February 3rd, 2024. I have always been interested in birth. My mom used to teach childbirth classes at the hospital when I was little, and I always loved going with her. I got pregnant at 17 and had to deliver at a birthing center due to financial reasons. I was TERRIFIED to give birth without any medications. Long story short I did it and I felt so empowered! This is when my passion grew even stronger about birth and learning the truths behind it. I ended up having my other 2 kids at the same birthing center because I fell in love with it.
