While raising my family and working as an administrative assistant, I have pursued my passion for supporting new moms and families as a Family Life Coach with Colorado Family Life Center (CFLC). Through the Confident Beginnings Program, I walk alongside first-time parents as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. I guide parents as they learn about breastfeeding, bonding, milestones, sleep, and so much more. Officially becoming a birth and postpartum doula was a natural extension of this work. In my free time, I love spending time with my family playing board games, going camping, and discussing the latest sasquatch sightings. I run a small at-home bakery called Bun in the Oven Bakery, where my daughters and I sell pies and muffins at the Orchards Farmers Market during the summer.
