We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Autum Rose! From our very first meeting, she immediately put us at ease. She came to our house for our first meeting, stayed over time, and took the time to explain the entire birth process in so much detail. As first-time parents, this was incredibly helpful and made us feel so much more prepared and confident going into our birth. Little did we know, my water would break that very night! Autum was immediately there to guide us through the next steps and answer all of our questions. She met us at the hospital the following day and stayed with us for over 30 hours. She was there through every moment of our labor, even sleeping on a little bench just to be close by and ready whenever we needed her. She came so prepared with massage tools, different labor positions, room spray, shower gel, and so many other little things that made such a difference. She helped us navigate each stage of labor, provided guidance when we needed it, and helped us have informed and empowered conversations when interventions came up. We always felt supported, heard, and cared for. One of the things we are especially grateful for is that Autum also took photos throughout our labor and birth. Having those moments captured is something we will treasure forever, and we are so thankful that she thought to document such an incredibly emotional and meaningful day for our family. Her care didn’t end when our baby was born, either. Our postpartum visit with Autum was so incredibly healing. Having the time and space to sit down and talk through our birth experience with someone who had been there for every moment meant so much to us. She also brought her massage table and worked on me, helping relieve so much of the tension and soreness I had been carrying. It was such a thoughtful and special part of her care, and we left feeling so supported both physically and emotionally. It is so obvious that Autum truly loves what she does. Her care, passion, patience, and dedication shine through in everything she does. She went above and beyond for us in every possible way, and we feel incredibly lucky that she was the person beside us during such a life-changing experience. We are so incredibly grateful for Autum and everything she did for our family. She made us feel safe, informed, supported, and cared for from the very beginning through postpartum. We will 100% be using her again and cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a doula. She is truly one of a kind! ❤️

My name is Selina, and I am a spirit-filled Christian doula and postpartum doula with over 2 years experience certified through DONA who is deeply passionate about serving and supporting mothers during one of the most important moments of their lives. Pregnancy and birth can bring so many emotions, questions, and unknowns, but you do not have to walk this journey alone. My heart is to help you feel calm, confident, empowered, and fully supported every step of the way—whether you gives birth at home or in the hospital, medicated or unmedicated. I provide emotional, physical, and faith-based support with absolutely no judgment — just compassion, encouragement, and genuine care. I offer comfort measures, breathing techniques, visualization, labor support, spinning babies movements and continuous encouragement to help create a more peaceful and positive birth experience. My goal is for every mama I serve to feel heard, safe, educated, and cared for throughout her journey. When labor begins, I provide continuous emotional and physical support to help you feel grounded through each stage of the process. In the postpartum period, I meet you wherever you are — Sometimes that means feeding the baby while you pump, teaching you to pump, other times it’s just listening, making a snack, or simply admiring your baby with you. Birth is just the beginning. I’m here to support your whole transition into parenthood — with warmth, wisdom, and deep respect for your journey. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, you deserve to feel supported, empowered, and loved during your birth experience. I would be honored to walk alongside you during this special season.

As a first-time mom, I had the joyful birth I had prayed for, and I’m so grateful to have had Selina by my side! She made me feel cared for and understood throughout my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. She prepared both my husband and me for birth through prenatal sessions covering birth and postpartum, as well as by teaching us comfort measures. Throughout labor, she offered advice, support, and encouragement that I appreciated so much. She also showed up for me in meaningful ways during vulnerable parts of postpartum. Selina truly values her clients, and I couldn’t recommend her enough! I’m so thankful for her!

I loved having Annie as my doula! As a first time mom, I had a lot of questions regarding my health and how to prepare for labor and delivery. Annie took her time to meet with me multiple times, and would make herself available to me for phone calls for random questions I had. She really gave me peace of mind having someone to talk to that is experienced in pregnancy and birth. I also had gestational diabetes and lots of pelvic pain during my pregnancy, and Annie's knowledge in physical training helped me so much to know what exercises to do for both conditions. She met with my husband and I to prepare us for labor, and coach him on what he could do to alleviate my pain. During labor and delivery she was readily available and now I have a beautiful healthy baby girl!

I believe with every conviction that mothers hold innate wisdom to birth their babies. , I honor your intuition through holistic care and embodied practice—supporting you through pregnancy, birth, and the sacred postpartum transition. My work blends embodied childbirth education and hands-on support across pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My Philosophy: Honoring the MotherBaby Dyad I intimately understand and uphold the crucial MotherBaby bond and believe in family-oriented care that follows natural instincts. This belief shapes every facet of my postpartum support and education: Attachment Parenting: I educate and support families in honoring bonding practices such as exclusive breastfeeding, safe bed-sharing/co-sleeping, elimination communication, and babywearing. Holistic Recovery: I offer nourishing, restorative care in the first 40 days, drawing from my training as a Postpartum Practitioner mentored by Pilar Chandler, Doctor of Ayurveda for Women’s Health. Lactation Philosophy: The Power of Human Milk I am deeply committed to the evidence supporting human milk as the optimal standard for infant nutrition. While I support all feeding choices with heart, my philosophy is rooted in the conviction that exclusive breastfeeding provides unparalleled protection and nourishment. This is not just "good"; scientific consensus confirms that breast is best for both maternal and infant health outcomes.

Hello! I’m Nora, an experienced Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula with over 35 years of professional childcare experience, including 26 years specializing in newborn care. My journey began in 1991 as a professional nanny caring for children of different ages. In 2000, a dear friend introduced me to the wonderful world of overnight newborn care, and I quickly discovered my true passion. I completed my Postpartum Doula training in 2005 and continued my professional education in newborn care in 2007. Throughout the years, I’ve expanded my knowledge through additional training in lactation education, infant sleep shaping, and age-appropriate sleep training. One of the most meaningful experiences of my career began in 2006, when I was hired to care for newborn twins. What started as an overnight position developed into a wonderful nine-year relationship with their family. During those years, two more babies joined the family, and I had the privilege of helping establish healthy sleep routines for each of them. Years later, another family welcomed me into their home to care for their twins. Once again, what began as newborn care turned into a five-year commitment. Throughout these long-term positions, I continued supporting other families with overnight newborn care, allowing me to stay actively involved in the work I love most. My areas of experience and specialty include: * Overnight newborn care and postpartum support * Twins, triplets, and multiples care * Premature infants and NICU-to-home transitions * Breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, and lactation education support * Reflux, gas, and feeding challenges * Gentle newborn sleep shaping and healthy sleep foundations * Age-appropriate infant sleep training and independent sleep guidance * Parent education and individualized newborn routines My approach to sleep begins with gentle, responsive routines during the early newborn weeks. As babies grow and become developmentally ready, I help families gradually establish healthy sleep habits and work toward more independent sleep. I believe every baby is unique, and every family deserves care that respects their parenting preferences, values, and individual needs. I am CPR/First Aid certified, professionally insured, bilingual in English and Spanish, and a registered Carrot provider. For me, newborn care is much more than a profession. It’s a passion that has allowed me to build meaningful relationships with families and support them through some of the most beautiful and challenging moments of parenthood. My greatest reward is knowing that parents can rest peacefully while their little ones are receiving attentive, nurturing, and experienced care. I would be honored to be part of your family’s journey! ❤️
