Hello there, I’m Lucy Weidig. I’m a certified birth doula, postpartum doula, and newborn care specialist, devoted to serving women physically, emotionally, and physically throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experiences. I was born and raised in Michigan then relocated to Northern Kentucky in 2017. Besides being a doula, I love to learn about health, read fiction, go hiking, and do anything and everything with my amazing husband. Becoming a doula was never in my plans, but I have a passion for reproduction, babies, and all things women’s health which inspired me to take a doula training with ToLabor, an organization in Richmond, Virginia. My Christian Faith plays a huge role in who I am as a person as well as a doula, and I love incorporating this into the birth field. I can’t get enough of the amazing knowledge and potential around supporting and educating women in and around birth! I dream of experiencing birth for myself and raising my own family, hopefully within the next couple of years.
