Watching someone grow into motherhood with intention and power is the biggest honor of my life. A few personal things: I’m a very type-B personality. The bad? My car is always a mess. The good? I am flexible, intuitive, and empathetic. In my personal time, I love learning the names of all the local plants. It's probably an even nerdier hobby than learning about birth! I have a deep weakness for dark chocolate, and never go to bed without second dinner. I truly believe that birth can be one of the most powerful and positive experiences of your life — when you have the right support. I'm excited to meet you!

Hi! I'm Ashlee! Native of Utah County and mom of 4. From a young age I had an interest in birth and all things babies. This led me to complete my medical assisting certification in high school and take a job with Utah Valley Pediatrics in the late spring of 2001. After working there for a little over 23 years I decided to become certified as a birth and postpartum doula! Birth is powerful, and so are you. As your doula, I’m here to walk beside you — offering knowledge, advocacy, and heartfelt support as you make the choices that feel best for you and your family. I believe education creates empowerment, and that every parent deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported through their prenatal, birth and postpartum experiences.

This is an opportunity for the birthing person to communicate with their body and find their own intuitive & unique way of birthing. This is not just a mother experience but a parent experience, I love getting the partners involved. I am also a massage therapists and birth photographer. Massage during labor can be so helpful and amazing and I love capturing the sweet moments between a couple and meeting your baby! With a background in Exercise Science at Brigham Young University, I have a special interest in supporting women through exercise, breathing, and understanding their body better during pregnancy and labor. I love making birth preparation feel approachable and encouraging, while helping each mom discover what works best for her body and baby. Most importantly, I’m a friendly and compassionate person who genuinely loves being there for people. I bring a calm, grounded presence to the birth space. Meredith is a certified birth doula, postpartum doula, certified women’s hormone specialist, cycle + fertility coach, menstruation educator, and mother to three amazing kids, ages 7, 5 and 3. She loves everything about the menstrual cycle–hormones, menstruation, fertility, birth, postpartum, and menopause. She loves teaching women (and families) how to use their cycle to balance their lives (and their hormones) and accomplish their goals for growing their family, or not. But Birth has a special place in Meredith’s heart. She came to birth work on a Thursday afternoon driving home from her Human Resources job. She was complaining about her job to her sister and her sister’s response was, “you should go be a Doula”. What’s a Doula? After her sister explained what a Doula does, a voice inside of her said, “I was born to do that”. She was in Doula training the next month and she has never looked back. She loves being with families and witnessing their growth and transformation as they move through the birth and postpartum process. Meredith excels at supporting families through natural/unmedicated birth both in and out of the hospital, and a lot of her clients have great results from her support in delaying medication so that it supports their labor rather than hinders it. Meredith is passionate about families knowing their options, preparing well, and tapping into the spiritual nature of the birth process to create an empowering experience. Talya is a midwife, herbalist, and doula with 18 years of experience in birthwork. She is a wife and mother of 6 and is the owner of an intentionally small midwifery practice.
