Hi, I'm Jessica Hill. I have a deep passion for supporting expectant couples throughout pregnancy and beyond. When I was expecting my first born, I took HypnoBirthing® classes and had an empowering natural birth in a hospital setting with midwives. My second pregnancy was high risk and I again called on these techniques to stay calm and focused throughout pregnancy and birth. After my birthing experiences, in early 2018, I certified as an educator with the HypnoBirthing® Institute. It brings me so much joy to be in service to expecting families and I would be honoured to be chosen as your birth educator. It is my goal to help families feel prepared, relaxed and confidant about their upcoming birth. Hi my name is Stephanie Zelembaba and I am a Naturopathic Doctor and co-owner of Abaton integrative medicine. I have a special focus in perinatal (from family planning through postpartum) and pediatric (from newborn to teens) care. Along with my Naturopathic practice, I teach HypnoBirthing prenatal classes (in-person and virtual, group and private) - helping expectant mamas (and their birth companions) develop the tools to have a calm, safe and as comfortable as possible birth.
