Adrea was recommended to me by a friend of a friend, who had used her twice for postpartum newborn care. She is an expert in baby sleep!! Adrea is also very kind, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. She did not have availability to help me at night, but made herself available as much as possible during the day so I could get some much needed sleep. So so grateful for her. Highly recommend!!

I am based in Kirkland, Washington, and provide compassionate, respectful, and hands-on support to families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, helping parents feel confident and supported during one of the most meaningful transitions in their lives. I hold a Technical Degree in Nursing from Brazil, earned in 2010, with more than 2,090 hours of combined theoretical and clinical training. Throughout my professional career, I have gained extensive experience in maternal and newborn care, including supporting pregnant women, newborns, premature infants, and babies requiring specialized care. I bring seven years of hands-on experience working in a maternity hospital in Brazil, where I supported mothers during labor and provided direct care for newborns, including premature infants and babies in the NICU. This experience has given me extensive knowledge in supporting families with newborns who require specialized care. I offer both daytime and overnight support for newborns, premature infants, and their families during the postpartum period. My services include evidence-based newborn care, emotional support for parents, infant feeding guidance, healthy sleep foundations, and practical assistance to help families feel confident and well supported as they adjust to life with a new baby. Families often describe me as reliable, calm, and attentive. I strive to create a warm, organized, and judgment-free environment where families feel supported and confident in their routines while following current American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommendations for safe sleep and newborn care. Ayden My Birth Doula was an absolute lifesaver throughout my entire birth journey. From our prenatal visit to postnatal support, she was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and always on time. She helped me understand what to expect, even knowing that birth can be an unexpected process at times, which gave me confidence and peace of mind going into labor. As a single mom by choice, Ayden was especially respectful and empathetic to my unique needs and how they differ from those of a couple. She was deeply supportive, caring, and thoughtful, never dismissive, and always made me feel seen, understood, and honored in my experience. During birth, Ayden was kind, nurturing, and remarkably calm. Her lovely positive affirmations and strong, grounding words helped me stay focused and empowered. Her intuitive guidance, especially with birth positioning for pushing was invaluable, and she attentively nurtured all of my needs, from snacks and water to maintaining dim lighting and a peaceful space. Giving birth to a Christmas baby unfortunately for me turned into travel nurses, and midwives and nothing going as planned. Yet, Ayden created calm within the chaos. She helped keep me grounded and feeling safe, and knowing she was by my side brought immense comfort. Her postnatal visit was just as supportive and reassuring, helping me process the experience and feel cared for beyond the birth itself. I truly cannot imagine my birth experience without Ayden’s support. Truly a Doula Angel Sent to help bring my baby girl into this world safely and as calm as possible in the unknown.

I am excited to be part of this community where I can help families!

We hired Teresa for overnight doula support after our son was born. We chose her because of her calm and supportive presence, and our feeling that she would be able to blend in and not add any additional friction during this sensitive time. We were completely right. Teresa arrived every day with a 'can do' attitude, confidence, and care for our family. In addition to relieving us of our duties while she was here, she also talked us through our son's development and gave us tips and suggestions for how to care for him on the nights she wasn't there. Her communication was impeccable and it was really helpful to have an expert perspective to answer our questions, especially since this was our first child. The calm and rest Teresa provided us truly kept us sane during those first few months. Teresa allowed us to schedule more nights after our originally scheduled plan and was as flexible as she could be. We ended up hiring Teresa for a couple nights a week for an extra couple months while we adapted to our new life. I highly recommend Teresa if you're looking for an overnight doula. She is someone who will support you and keep the attention where it should be -- your rest, and your baby's health.

I honestly don't know if words can fully capture what an incredible person Hailey is. She is, without question, one of the kindest, most compassionate, and most genuinely loving people I have ever had the privilege of knowing. As my toddler's teacher, Hailey has been nothing short of extraordinary. She has a beautiful gift for making children feel safe, cherished, and important. My child absolutely adores her, and as a parent, there is no greater comfort than knowing your little one is being cared for by someone who loves and nurtures them so wholeheartedly. But what makes Hailey truly special is that her care extends far beyond the children in her classroom. She has been an incredible source of support to me as a toddler mom. She has celebrated milestones with us, listened without judgment, reassured me during hard moments, and always greeted us with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. She somehow has a way of making you feel like you're not just another parent dropping off your child—she makes you feel seen, supported, and deeply cared for. Trust is everything when it comes to my child, and I trust Hailey completely. I would trust her with my baby without hesitation because I know her heart. She cares deeply, loves fiercely, and shows up for people in the most thoughtful and compassionate ways. She is the kind of person who makes everyone around her feel a little more at ease and a little more loved. I cannot imagine anyone more perfectly suited to becoming a doula. Bringing a new baby into the world is one of the most vulnerable and meaningful experiences a family can have, and every family deserves someone like Hailey by their side. She has the gentleness, empathy, patience, and calming presence that cannot be taught. She is the person you want holding your hand, encouraging you, and reminding you that you are capable and cared for. Hailey is simply one of those rare people who make the world a better, softer, and kinder place just by being in it. Any family lucky enough to have her as their doula will be receiving so much more than support during birth and postpartum—they will be receiving the love, care, and presence of an absolutely extraordinary human being. Our family has been profoundly touched by her kindness, and we will always be grateful for the love she has given both our child and us.

I’m a DONA certified birth and postpartum doula who blends city grit with grounded, nature-rooted care. My journey began by supporting friends through birth and postpartum while navigating the unpredictable life of a military family. A path that taught me flexibility, compassion, and a deep respect for the strength of parents. Before becoming a doula, I worked as a corrections officer, where I learned to stay calm under pressure and advocate fiercely for others. Today, I bring that same steady confidence to the families I serve through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Once a city girl and now deeply connected to nature, I offer a balance of strength and softness in my work as a birth and postpartum doula, infant sleep consultant, and placenta encapsulation specialist. I also provide traditional belly binding support to promote healing, grounding, and body awareness during the postpartum transition. As a mom to two spirited boys and two lovable fur babies, I know firsthand how messy, magical, and transformative those early days can be. My goal is to walk beside you with knowledge, warmth, and zero judgment. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery, supporting your body’s healing journey, or finding rhythm and rest with your newborn. I’m honored to support families through every layer of this season- body, mind, and heart.

From our very first phone call, I knew Lindzee and I would get along and work well together. I could not imagine going through labor without Lindzee by my side. When I went into labor, Lindzee came to our home and stayed through the night, helping me progress and supporting me through every stage. Once we went to the hospital, her guidance, encouragement, and gentle push helped me keep going, especially when we worked together to help get my daughter into the right position. Although my labor ultimately did not go the way I had hoped or expected, Lindzee was there every step of the way with love, support, reassurance, and comfort. She helped me feel heard and cared for during some of the hardest moments of my birth experience. One of my favorite memories that I still think about is when I needed a distraction during my long labor, and Lindzee and I ended up playing Tapple while my mom watched us. It was such a simple moment, but it perfectly captures the kind of support she gave me, helping me through the difficult moments while also making me laugh and feel like myself. We bonded throughout my long labor, and I feel incredibly lucky that I gained not only an amazing doula but also a friend through this experience. I will always be grateful for Lindzee and the role she played in bringing my daughter into the world. I truly cannot recommend her enough.

I met Mary when she practiced in Arizona and quickly turned into more than just a service provider, but a friend as well. She’s helped me through the pregnancy and post partum of all 4 of my babies and I couldn’t ask for a better support person by my side. Even from Texas, Mary was an absolute saint even just with listening through my temper-tantrums while being pregnant and guiding me through labor-prep. I seriously have her and her alone to thank for such an amazing birth and post partum 4 times now. I seriously recommend her if you’re looking for someone to feel more like family than a service.
