I had a traumatic first birth that ended in an emergency c-section. Postpartum Recovery was even more difficult without the support I truly needed. When I was ready to try for a second baby, I miscarried. It took a lot out of me, to get the answers I needed to explain why I miscarried and to find a provider who was going to be safe for me. I knew I wanted a doula and the right birth team that would support me through a VBAC. My team heard me and created space for me to achieve a dream birth!

My desire is to quietly and gently come alongside parents as you welcome your newborn into your families. I can provide emotional support to assist with the transitions of the postpartum period and having a new baby. Encouragement, a listening ear and practical help in your home will be offered. I’ll hold your baby so that you can bathe and/or rest, be a safe person you can share your concerns with and offer informational support - all in a judgment-free loving manner.
