Hi everyone, my name is Nancy and I am a Postpartum Doula, New Parent Educator, and Perinatal Mental Health Specialist. We have a team of providers at Anamav Postnatal Care who offer various services across the Greater Toronto Area (including Peel, York, Durham and Simcoe) as well as virtually. Our team includes postpartum doulas, lactation consultants, and sleep consultants and we also have strong referral networks with other types of providers. I started Anamav due to my own mental health challenges after having my first child, and now it is my absolute honour to support so many families during this significant time in their lives.
