Being a part of the LGBTQ+ community, I pride myself on providing a welcoming and accepting space for all. I work with families on creating birth plans and helping them advocate for that plan during labor and delivery. Several of her birth clients have hired her to stay overnight during those first days at home to help them get the sleep they need by caring for baby and helping set up the essential supplies to care for their newborn. Her volunteer work with organizations such as JFCS’s ‘Journey to Safety’ has deepened her commitment towards women feeling empowered, including those affected by domestic violence, highlighting her commitment to the safety and wellbeing of mothers and their children.
