I work with my clients so that they can make informed decisions and consent. I consider myself a minimalist and love allowing the process unfold undisturbed unless absolutely necessary. As a birth doula, I have the most experience in attending unmedicated labors and do love to work with women who have this goal. However, I do still attend medicated births, planned or unplanned. I help my clients experience true informed consent so that they are empowered in their birth choices. In the labor room, I amplify their voice.
