Hi there, my name is Emily. I’m a certified postpartum doula, DONA-educated birth doula, and pre- and postnatal yoga instructor in Toronto, dedicated to helping mothers, mothers-to-be, and families find connection, calm, and confidence in their bodies and daily lives. I come to this work from a lifelong love of movement and a deep appreciation for the beauty and transformation of early motherhood. My role is to help you feel informed, cared for, and supported as you prepare to welcome your baby and adjust to life together. As your doula, I’ll guide you through birth and postpartum planning, help you advocate for your needs in labour, and offer comfort through every stage of the process. After birth, I provide nurturing practical care for both you and your baby, including education, sibling care, light housework, meal preparation, and nourishing postpartum recipes (I especially love cooking and baking meals that support recovery and milk supply). My philosophy is rooted in the understanding that physical, mental, and emotional well-being are deeply connected. I integrate nutrition, yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness to help you reconnect with your body and trust your intuition as you move through this tender time. Most of all, I’m here for you, to create space where you can feel held, supported, and at ease as you care for yourself and your baby. My website: https://lunetteperinatal.com

Hi, I’m Nadine, a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth and lactation educator, mentor, and passionate advocate for informed, compassionate care. Since 2016, I’ve supported hundreds of families through pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum weeks. Every family, every birth, and every journey is different, which is why my approach is never one-size-fits-all. I combine extensive hands-on experience with evidence-based education, practical preparation, and calm, grounded support. Through my Birth Confidence Method, I help families feel prepared, grounded, and empowered. You may not be able to prepare for every possibility, but you can prepare to meet whatever happens, and you deserve to feel informed, respected, and genuinely supported along the way.

We hired Nadine as our doula after feeling that we needed more support through the pregnancy and birthing process. Nadine was amazing - supportive, experienced and knowledgeable. She provided us with lots of resources, answered all our questions and when it came to the birth, remained calm and provided reassurance when things didn’t go to plan. She also provided invaluable support post birth. I firmly believe that everyone should hire a doula and if you are very lucky, you will find one as great at Nadine.

Hi, I’m Patice, a full-spectrum doula serving Toronto and the GTA. Nine years of supporting individuals and families has taught me every person comes into pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with their own story, priorities, and idea of what support should look like. That’s why I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to doula care. My role is to understand what matters most to you and adapt my support as your needs and preferences evolve. Whether we’re talking through options during a prenatal visit, adjusting to unexpected changes in plans, finding ways to make labour more comfortable, or simply making space for a pause in the middle of it all, my goal is always the same: to help you feel informed, respected, and confident in the decisions you’re making. Good support isn’t about taking over. Support can be active in quiet ways. Sometimes it looks like breaking down options when things feel uncertain, so you can decide what feels right for you. Sometimes it looks like stepping back so you can focus on what your body and instincts are telling you. And sometimes it is simply making the space feel steady enough that you can pause and decide what comes next. The right support doesn’t draw attention to itself. It helps you feel more capable of navigating what is in front of you. Clients often describe me as calm, practical, and easy to talk to.

I am a birth worker since 2012, I have provided a variety of services in a variety of settings around the world. I am located in Toronto, Canada, but I am available to travel for minimum one month commitments. I have worked in Macau & Hong Kong, Manila, Nairobi, Vancouver, and Guadalajara, and have a global perspective on birth physiology and traditions. I provide trauma-informed, and culturally safe care, be it education, lactation support, birth and postpartum doula services, or midwifery care. I’m available as a midwife only where a license isn’t required. My approach is very collaborative—rather than “save” you from unsafe practitioners, I prefer to work with you comprehensively in the prenatal period to be sure you have the environment you need for a peaceful and satisfying (physiologic, if possible) birth. My years and depth of experience and knowledge sets me apart from most locally-focused doulas, so I tend to work well with expats and globe-trotters like myself. My happy place is home in Ontario in the near North, at the cottage that has been a part of my family’s experience for 100+ years. I love all animals but especially dogs, and I ADORE drinking coffee and discussing big ideas.

If you want the best, hire Christy. Where to begin? We LOVED working with Christy. If you’re reading these reviews wondering if you should have her as your doula, you definitely should. Our experience with Christy was nothing short of extraordinary. After the birth, I described Christy to my husband as our angel - as it felt that she magically appeared and blended in, giving just the right level of support and guidance, without being overbearing or intrusive. Her presence felt very natural and she completely put myself and my husband at ease. Christy played a pivotal role in helping me establish breastfeeding, which really helped set us up for success with feeding, and having her there to help with this immediately after the birth was invaluable. After our daughter was born, Christy continued to check in with us, and we felt extremely well looked after. She is clearly an expert both in caring for mothers in the postpartum period, but also in caring for newborns, and her years of experience meant we felt in very capable hands. Her dedication to postpartum care is unmatched, and her deep understanding of the emotional and physical needs of both the birthing person and their partner is truly remarkable. Christy’s passion for what she does shines through in every interaction, and her knowledge in perinatal care is both comforting and empowering. I give Christy my highest recommendation – any family would be very lucky to have her as part of their parenting journey!

I’m Kait, a Toronto-based (but very mobile!), DONA International-trained doula who is ready to support you throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond! I have a strong passion for pregnancy, birth, babies, and supporting new parents, and my patience, care, and understanding nature are what set me apart. I will always listen without judgement and be here to advocate for you and your family. Think of me as your pregnancy and birth coach – whether this is your first child or your fifth, I am here to support you similarly to how a personal trainer helps you at the gym, how a wedding planner helps you achieve your dream wedding, or how a tour guide helps you plan your perfect vacation. I will be by your side as you bring your baby into the world whether at a hospital, birthing centre, or in the comfort of your own home. Once baby is born, I will continue to provide you with educational support as well as encouragement and emotional support as you become acquainted with your baby. I will support your infant feeding journey (breastfeeding or otherwise) and offer household organizational support. Hi there, my name is Marj — a birth and postpartum doula, a yoga/fitness instructor, an essential oil educator, and a mom of two! I am deeply committed to wellness as a holistic lifestyle. You're welcome to book a time in my calendar (https://calendly.com/marjwong/30-45min), I'd love to connect OR send a DM on IG @marj.wong As a DONA certified doula, I believe it is within each birthing person’s innate wisdom and ability to give birth. As well, birth should be an empowering experience. Throughout both of my own pregnancies, I practiced prenatal yoga, and I attribute my own remarkable birth experiences to my yoga practice and the HypnoBirthing method. From motherhood, becoming a birth and postpartum doula was a natural progression for me and I quickly found myself fully immersed in supporting clients through pregnancy, labour and beyond. It is in this role where I feel my intuition, guidance, and personal experiences to be incredibly supportive and valuable. The maternal period can be challenging, but with the right support, I know it can also be an incredibly joyous and transformative time. I am a diaper-free, breastfeeding, and HypnoBirthing advocate. I've been trained in many comfort techniques and tend to keep my approach educational and informative. With my help, you will gain the confidence to nourish and care for your baby and yourself in the best way possible. Chat soon and I look forward to supporting you!

I am a Certified Birth Doula whose work is deeply rooted in compassion, strength, and connection. A mother of three, a Certified Hypnobirthing Childbirth Educator, Lamaze Childbirth Educator (certifying), postpartum doula, placenta encapsulation specialist and Social Service Worker, I bring a steady, nurturing presence to every family I support. Whether advocating fiercely for your needs, holding space with tenderness, or wrapping you in one of my famously comforting hugs, I am committed to being a steady, grounding presence as you welcome new life. I believe birth is a normal process that people underestimate their ability in, and hope to be a part of putting an end to fear-based, patriarchal approaches to bringing babies into the world.

We had an amazing experience with Nina and cannot recommend her highly enough. Her hypnobirthing classes were incredibly helpful and gave us the knowledge, techniques, and confidence to feel prepared for the birth of our daughter. During labour, Nina was calm, caring, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. She knew exactly when to guide us, reassure us, and help my wife through the difficult moments. As a husband, I also really appreciated having her there—her experience and support made a huge difference for both of us. We are truly grateful that Nina was part of such an important moment in our lives. Thank you so much, Nina, for everything you did for our family!
