I'm Amber, founder of Rooted Motherhood Co., a pediatric sleep consultant and postpartum doula serving families through pregnancy and postpartum. My own experience with postpartum depression was the turning point that led me into this work, and once I found my way back to myself through better sleep, I became passionate about helping other exhausted, anxious moms do the same. As a sleep consultant, I take an individualized approach, looking at the whole child and the big picture rather than forcing one method on every family, and my gentle sleep training is grounded in evidence, not rigid rules.
