I recently became a mother in 2020 and to be honest, I didn’t have a great birth experience. Which is pretty normal. Until I learned that it didn’t have to be this way, which inspired my passion for birth work. I want birthing people to be empowered in their births and have the best experience possible. I approach birth holistically, and I feel honored to be able to share years of expertise with birthing people and their families in the NOVA and Richmond area. ​ Every woman deserves to have someone there to guide and assist them in making educated choices about their pregnancy, and remind them that they can trust the strength of their bodies during this time. I specialize in pregnancy, labor, postpartum, and placenta encapsulation, and I proudly support all birthing people and families in making informed, empowered choices. Hello, yes I will be with you throughout your pregnancy at your first prenatal visit. We will have emotional and physical support doing your labor and delivery. I will also help you with your postpartum visit if needed. I will supply you with a nutritional guideline so you will eat healthy, choose healthy fats, carbohydrates, and get enough choline in your diet for yourself as well as your healthy bundle.
