I believe that childbirth is very intense, hard work, but is not designed to be traumatic, that children are a blessing from the Lord, and in most cases, the discomfort that comes with the WORK of childbirth can be managed well through mental, emotional, physical and spiritual conditioning to promote a smoother transition from the womb to the world.. It is my pleasure to teach and guide parents how to do just that.

I became passionate about the process of physiological birth after I had my first homebirth with my third son…it was the first time I truly felt empowered during the birth process and now I want every mother to be able to experience that same feeling! We are a group of dynamic, experienced, and caring doulas. The doulas of Orlando Birth Support Company work collectively. For our birth doula clients, you will have two birth doulas who fit your location, personality, and style of doula support. One doula will be your primary doula who is expected to attend your labor and birth. If an unexpected circumstance arises, your secondary doula will step in to provide you with the same quality of birth support. Throughout your pregnancy, you will have opportunities to get to know both of your doulas. The team of Orlando Birth Support Company doulas gather regularly to provide community and to level up our skills.
