I also have a background in Biological Anthropology. I am passionate about using my cumulative knowledge to support and educate the pregnant & birthing people of my community, improving birth outcomes, and changing the narrative around childbirth. I've always been drawn to the non-clinical role of a doula, providing education with evidence-based information, supporting parents through pregnancy, labor, birth and beyond, and normalizing birth and breastfeeding in our culture. Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m a mama of two and someone who truly understands how transformative the journey into parenthood can be. I’ve always been drawn to calm, grounding spaces, whether that’s near the water or in the quiet moments that matter most and I bring that same sense of ease and support into my work as a doula. My path to becoming a doula began before I even realized it. After supporting my sister and brother-in-law with my newborn nephew, I experienced firsthand how vital compassionate, hands-on support can be during those early days. That experience sparked a deep passion in me for creating positive, empowering birth and postpartum journeys. After welcoming my second child, I followed that calling and completed my doula training so I could support other families in a meaningful way. When I’m not supporting families, you’ll likely find me unwinding with a little reality TV. I’m a proud Bravoholic! But at my core, I’m here to offer guidance, reassurance, and a nurturing presence as you step into this new chapter.

Beth is a Dona International certified Birth Doula who was born and raised in the Buffalo/Niagara community. After having her own family and realizing the importance of healing women at their most vulnerable and important time, she decided to dedicate herself to empowering the women in her own community. With a passion for supporting without bias and letting people make their own choices, she is able to help others feel confident enough to finally advocate for themselves and feel comfortable. Beth is a Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support, as well as a safe sleep ambassador who can help her clients through any and all aspects of pregnancy and birth. She also is a Breastfeeding Peer Advocate, that will support your family no matter how you choose to feed your baby!
