Kati McCutcheon

I am a faith based doula in the Triad area. Here to provide unconditional love & support during your pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum journey. I am passionate in serving mothers and giving them the much needed attention they deserve. After hiring a doula for our 2nd son’s birth I felt called to join her team! I had the best experience and redemption natural water birth of my dreams. For years I was scared of giving birth and didn’t feel like I could do it! But with the help and encouragement from my doula I went into pregnancy & childbirth with so much confidence. This is the love and support every mother deserves!! I will be your best friend through pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Providing unlimited support through text/call. Being there for you when labor starts to help things go smoothly. Keeping you relaxed and rested whether home or hospital birth. I also will provide postpartum care best tailored to you personally. Whether it’s cooking your family a meal and/or doing some chores while you sleep. Each mother is different and my service will be modified to accommodate you specifically. I love spending time with my hubby and our 2 sweet boys. Anything outdoors, sunshine and good food you can find me there! We have lived in Nashville, Colorado and now rooted in Thomasville for good. I am a coffee and gym enthusiast when not mommin’ my crazy family. Check out Nurtured Mother NC website for more information! I am booking for mamas due 2025!

From my very first impression of Kati, she was very warm, genuine, and easy to connect with. Her gentle presence was exactly what my birth space needed when I was at my most vulnerable. From my prenatal appointment, to the birth room, and postpartum, Kati has been nothing but encouraging and first class. Highly recommend her services!

Hi there! My name is Emmabele and I am a childcare provider/doula/newborn care specialist! I know that’s quite a lot of specialities, but I’ve worked with children and families since I was 18 years old. I have a passion for loving on little ones and helping families in anyway I can. In 2023, I decided to pursue a doula career, along with becoming a newborn care specialist! I’ve worked in hospitals as a pediatric/emergency department CNA, so I believe combining my skills in childcare and the medical field will make me the best doula possible. It is my goal to make labor, birth, and postpartum a smooth transition for the families I work with.

I cannot recommend her enough! She was absolutely incredible throughout my friend’s labor and birth. She brought such a calm, encouraging, and reassuring presence that made the entire experience feel so much more positive and peaceful. She was supportive, knowledgeable, attentive, and truly made birth and labor such a wonderful experience. She also has such a natural way with children! She is incredibly patient, kind, and loving, and kids are immediately comfortable around her. You can tell how genuinely she cares about both moms and their little ones. If you're looking for a doula who will support you, encourage you, and make you feel cared for, Emma is absolutely the person to choose!

I am a natural support person at heart—someone who truly finds purpose in being there for others. I love helping people in meaningful ways, especially during some of the most transformative times in their lives. Offering guidance, reassurance, and a calming presence comes naturally to me, and I’m deeply fulfilled when I can help someone feel safe, seen, and supported. My passion lies in supporting families through the incredible journey of pregnancy, labor, birth, and the postpartum period. I believe every family deserves compassionate care and unwavering support as they navigate these life-changing moments. Whether it's providing information, emotional comfort, or simply being a steady presence, I am honored to walk alongside individuals and families as they welcome new life and step into parenthood. I am excited to serve Johnston County and surrounding cities with education and support during one of the biggest experiences of your life.

We had the pleasure of having Amanda as our doula and can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She was the calm and gentle presence I needed during a very long labor. She was everything I needed, from guiding my husband to know how he could help me, position changes and mental support. We also did her birth class, which was wonderfully educational and made me excited to welcome my baby into the world!
