I am a local to Virginia Beach, and although I plan to stay here long term, my heart also has a home in Hawaii where I spent a few years in my twenties. I love to adventure, design, have community and learn new things! I spend 100% of the time being a mother to two absolutely, wildly amazing children, and being a wife to my long-time sweet heart. I have had beautiful home births with both my children and I would love to have more children! I will also help you with your postpartum visit if needed. I will supply you with a nutritional guideline so you will eat healthy, choose healthy fats, carbohydrates, and get enough choline in your diet for yourself as well as your healthy bundle.
