I have been working in women's health for over 25 years, first as a nurse, and now as a certified birth doula and childbirth educator. After having 6 home births of my own, I knew that I wanted to help other families have beautiful birth & postpartum experiences. I used Hypnobirthing methods for all of my own births. In 2011 I was trained as a (DONA international) Doula. Since then I was trained in Hypnobirthing methods, Belly binding, Abhyanga massage, natural doctoring, and other holistic practices.
