Ciarra is a very dependable, responsible, and supportive Doula. She provided overnight care for me and my newborn weekly during the first two months postpartum. Ciarra is very communicative, and I could always count on her to reach out ahead of time to confirm which days she would be available. She also impressed me by keeping a log of my baby's activities overnight, including feedings, diapers, etc. Ciarra also went the extra mile by talking care of light household chores like bottle washing and sweeping, while I got caught up on some much needed rest. I cannot express enough just how much Ciarra positively impacted my postpartum period, by providing the support I needed to feel a bit more rested and rejuvenated to return to caring for my baby myself. I would not hesitate to recommend Ciarra to a new parent looking for some extra support!

Hi, I’m MacKenzie, a certified birth and postpartum doula! I’ve been serving families throughout King, Snohomish, and Skagit counties for the past few years. I’ve always had a deep love for birth, even from a young age! My passion and curiosity around feeding and lactation are what initially drew me to doula work as a career, and I’ve loved being able to support families not only through labor and birth, but also through those tender and often overwhelming early days at home. As I continue to serve families in their homes, birth centers, and hospital settings, it is truly an honor to be invited into such an important and personal season of their lives. My goal is to nurture a judgment-free space where each family feels heard, respected, and cared for, while also helping families feel empowered in their choices and confident as they find their own way into parenthood. In my free time, I love going on adventures with my family, or snuggling up with a good book and a cozy blanket, surrounded by my cats and dog.

We had a wonderful experience working with MacKenzie as our birth and postpartum doula. As first-time parents, we had so many questions throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period, and MacKenzie was always incredibly patient and thoughtful in answering them. She has a lot of knowledge and experience and was able to give us the information and perspective we needed without ever making us feel overwhelmed. Her prenatal visits were especially helpful in preparing us for what to expect during labor and delivery. She helped us understand our options, supported the choices that felt right for us, and advocated for me as the mom when needed, while always respecting that the decisions were ultimately ours. During labor, her calm and supportive presence helped both of us feel more confident during such an intense and unfamiliar experience. After the birth, she stayed with us to make sure breastfeeding was getting off to a good start. I also passed out after labor, and having MacKenzie there was incredibly reassuring. She helped me and my partner understand what was happening and navigate the situation when we were both exhausted and overwhelmed. We really appreciated that her support didn’t simply end once the baby was born. She was also a great resource during the postpartum period. Having someone experienced whom we could turn to with all of our first-time-parent questions made the transition into newborn life feel much less overwhelming. In addition, MacKenzie is a Carrot in-network provider, which was very helpful for us. She was willing to coordinate with us and make sure her invoices met Carrot’s reimbursement requirements, which made the reimbursement process much easier. We are very grateful to have had MacKenzie support us through such an important time in our lives, and we would absolutely recommend her to other expecting and new parents.

I cannot recommend her enough. Candace helped me through all three of my pregnancies! Ayden My Birth Doula was an absolute lifesaver throughout my entire birth journey. From our prenatal visit to postnatal support, she was incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and always on time. She helped me understand what to expect, even knowing that birth can be an unexpected process at times, which gave me confidence and peace of mind going into labor. As a single mom by choice, Ayden was especially respectful and empathetic to my unique needs and how they differ from those of a couple. She was deeply supportive, caring, and thoughtful, never dismissive, and always made me feel seen, understood, and honored in my experience. During birth, Ayden was kind, nurturing, and remarkably calm. Her lovely positive affirmations and strong, grounding words helped me stay focused and empowered. Her intuitive guidance, especially with birth positioning for pushing was invaluable, and she attentively nurtured all of my needs, from snacks and water to maintaining dim lighting and a peaceful space. Giving birth to a Christmas baby unfortunately for me turned into travel nurses, and midwives and nothing going as planned. Yet, Ayden created calm within the chaos. She helped keep me grounded and feeling safe, and knowing she was by my side brought immense comfort. Her postnatal visit was just as supportive and reassuring, helping me process the experience and feel cared for beyond the birth itself. I truly cannot imagine my birth experience without Ayden’s support. Truly a Doula Angel Sent to help bring my baby girl into this world safely and as calm as possible in the unknown.

Nori was the whole reason my birth experience went as smoothly as it did. Not only did she prepare me and my husband for what would likely occur, but she prepped us beforehand with research behind the decisions that are made during these moments. This was so unbelievably smart and helpful to discuss beforehand, so we didn’t have to make any hard decisions during labor. Nori also provided such a comfort, not only physically, but emotionally and mentally. She helped my husband learn ways to help me manage labor pains, paid attention to what sort of environment I preferred, and even took photos of us with our newborn. I can’t imagine not choosing Nori!

Kayla was both my birth and postpartum doula and I had an incredible experience with her for both. Before birth she did classes with my husband and I so that we would feel more prepared on things like the labor process and infant care. During these she was incredibly knowledgeable. She had lots of information prepared and also answered any and all questions we had. She clearly put a lot of thought into what information was important to go over and I left feeling much more knowledgeable than before. During my labor experience she was supportive, caring, and knowledgeable every step of the way. I had a very long labor that ended in an unplanned c section and I feel like without her the experience would've felt impossible. She not only supported me but also supported my husband during this experience and he feels strongly that she made our experience so much better by being there. She also was my postpartum doula. I completely trusted her with care of my newborn and she did an amazing job. I tend to be an anxious person but she is someone i feel 100% comfortable around. My daughter loves her and she took great care of her. She also was very knowledgeable and supportive during this time and had many tips that made the postpartum period much easier. I'll always be grateful for her and I would recommend her to anyone.

Hi, I’m Sage. I’m a doula and the founder of Mommy Meltdown Perinatal Services. I started this work because I noticed the lack of a village when I could have used one the most. My lived experience is why I’m so committed to making sure no one else has to navigate the messy, beautiful reality of parenthood alone. I don’t understand this work just from a book, I’ve been there too. I am a DONA International trained birth doula, hold a COC in group peer support, and am trained in perinatal mental health and anxiety disorders from a non-clinical perspective. I’m here to support your body and your mind through labor and the weeks that follow. When it comes to birth, I’m a calm, steady advocate in your corner. I won't tell you how to birth; I'll be there to make sure you have the evidence-based information you need to make your own choices with confidence and the support you need to see them through. Harneet was an incredible postpartum doula for our family, and we can’t recommend her highly enough. She was always punctual, dependable, and responsive, which gave us so much peace of mind during those early weeks. She quickly learned our daughter’s routines and provided excellent overnight care so we could get the rest we desperately needed. Our family also faced an unexpected medical diagnosis for our baby, and Harneet was a wonderful source of support throughout that experience. We always felt that our daughter was in caring, capable hands. We are so grateful for the support Harneet provided our family and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dependable postpartum doula.

I feel so lucky to have had Sheilena as my doula. From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, responsive, and patient. During our initial conversations and prenatal Zoom sessions, she took the time to answer all of my questions — even the most random ones — with genuine care and respect. As a first-time mom, that meant so much to me. When my water broke in the middle of the night, Sheilena stayed in close contact with me over text the entire time. Even while she was on duty, she proactively looped in her backup doulas, who were all equally reliable and supportive. Together, they reassured me, helped me assess my situation, and guided me on when it was appropriate to rest at home and when to communicate with my medical team about pain management. Despite having attended multiple births and likely being exhausted, Sheilena showed up fully present for me before I received my epidural. She helped prepare a bath and spent hours providing hands-on support and massage to ease my pain — something I will never forget. During labor, she continued to advocate for me and communicate my needs clearly with the medical staff, especially when I was feeling nauseous from Pitocin. Her emotional support, reassurance, and attentiveness made such a difference in helping me feel safe and cared for. As a beautiful final touch, she shared so many precious photos from the birth — memories that I will cherish forever. Overall, I’m deeply grateful for her presence and support throughout my birth experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better doula.

I'm thrilled to share about the amazing help we received from Kelly Hickman as our sibling support doula. Kelly's commitment and knowledge were truly outstanding. She managed to take care of our older child while also providing invaluable assistance to our birth doula during my wife's home birth. Kelly offered us two home visits prior to the birth of our daughter to answer all of our questions and to spend quality one on one time with our 3 year old son, engaging with him in his favorite activities. She took pictures with him so we could look at them together as a family and talk with him about how his friend Kelly was going to come back and play with him soon when mommy was having his baby sister. She really took the time to bond and form a genuine connection with him, and because of that, he very much looked forward to his time with her when she finally returned for the birth. Her sincere care, attentiveness, and ability to handle multiple tasks made a significant impact during this important time for our family. Kelly's presence provided comfort and reassurance, and her dedication to the well-being of both my children was truly extraordinary. I'm incredibly thankful for her exceptional support and wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone in need of a compassionate and skilled doula.

Melanie Guymon is a superb CFSD. She spent nights with our little bub for 2+months, she gave us a reprieve and support during the difficult newborn days hard. We had a colicliky baby and Melanie not only helped us advocate to our doctors that our baby might have reflux, but she also gave us superb tips on how to help ease her discomfort at night and during the day. During her time with us Melabie also helped us prepare our baby to move out of the swaddle, and due to her tips, our baby seamlessly transitioned from her Snoo + bassinet and into her crib and a sleep sack. She continued to support us with sleep coaching as well, helping us with our babies sleep schedule, which has allowed our baby to sleep better than all of our other baby friends in a similar age range. We had Melanie start with us around the 6 week mark due to our postpartum schedule, and she was with us until just under 4 months. We could not have done this journey without her.

My labor and birthing experience with Jacqi was beyond amazing! Her calm and collected presence is something I’ll continue to be grateful for. I, unfortunately, had somewhat of a traumatic laboring experience due to my high risk pregnancy, and if it wasn’t for Jacqi’s knowledge and calm demeanor I don’t think I would’ve navigated all the medical issues as well as I did. I had my laboring room full of love and support; I had my husband, my sister, mother in law, and Jacqi. With over 36hours of laboring, Jacqi supported me every second. She knew what to do and when. She remembered everything from my birth plan, which was so great, even though my medical situation didn’t allow for some of my preferences to be honored, Jacqi still advocated for the birth experience I envisioned. She was also such a light to have in my room and kept the spirits high with everyone around. She brought snacks, had all the tools to help me labor, and was so so so incredibly emotionally supportive. My first time birthing experience with a traumatic medical condition wasn’t something I could navigate without Jacqi’s involvement! I will 10/10 be working with Jacqi again for my next birth!!
